Staff serve you as quick as they can, the premises are pleasant and clean. Takeaway drivers are a pain like all fast food places these days,parking where they want,causing obstructions and parking in disabled places!! But the staff and food as I said are worth 5Stars
Great place to meet friends for coffee. The staff are friendly and always welcoming. The store is always kept tidy but could do with a refresh new tables and chairs also flooring needs replacing.
I have never had a bad experience with anything. The staff are a friendly bunch and the food and drinks are always spot on. Would recommend.
Absolutely fantastic customer service. Ordered a cheese and onion pasty but it wasn't ready for 5 min so he recommended the margarita pizza wich was lovely. Great tone of voice lovely smile. A+++

Mostly I got warm pizza and bakes, twice it was cold. But Gregg refunded.
Just not a coffee cheaper than Costa and Starbucks also friendly staff

I love going to this Greg's. Not my local one but it's worth the little drive out to get to it. The store is more open plan, feels cleaner and the staff are friendly. They always appear to have sausage rolls cooked compared to other stores.
