They have many fresh Asian food including Chinese, Indian, Japanese and Halal foods! I liked their teppanyaki which chef cooks steak or seafood in front of you and it was so tasty! The only negative thing was that kids were putting their fingers in the chocolate fountain so I couldn't try. Apart from that, service, atmosphere and of course foods were amazing. Toilets were clean too.

We always have a great experience in Cosmo. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Shout out to Angela and Rey, who made us very welcome. Chef Raymond at the Sushi section is also really nice. Enjoyed the Teppanyaki the most with Chef Sumon. He is awesome and serves really good food. Chef Ram on the grill is also really nice. Overall really happy with our experience.

The establishment is very well maintained and has a rather high standards when it comes to food. There is plenty of food available from multiple areas around the world including Asia and India. A wide selection of deserts is also available. A great location about 5 minutes away from Liverpool ONE bus station and in the heart of the city centre. Perfect location for events such as hen parties and stag do's. Overall I give the establishment a solid 4½ out of 5 stars.

Great amount of food choices, staff are very helpful and polite. Salad and sushi bar not much choice. The soft ice cream from the machine is definitely tasty. I think it’s much better than the cup ice cream from the freezer!

This is the second Cosmos I have visited, the other being in the south, and I feel this one has the edge on that place. The staff were typically full of Northern charm and generosity. The food was plentiful and was very tasty and wonderfully presented. The atmosphere was better as the layout affords more of a traditional restaurant feel. Once again we managed to sate the varying tastes of a large family and friends with different dietary restrictions and desires. I cannot recommend this enough as a venue and the fact that they do a mixed grill and a teppanyaki bar is even more excellent.

Visited at the end of July after having previously visited in April for my daughters birthday. The April visit was a last minute 8pm sitting and while we thoroughly enjoyed it and ate plenty they didn't seem to refill the empty containers up, so there were a few things we couldn't try. You're also still paying the same price as you would if you went earlier, so just be mindful of this when you book/visit! The July visit was at a much earlier time of 5.15pm and food was replenished fairly quick considering how busy it was. There's a cute robot waiter that delivers drinks and birthday cake (on request) Payment is taken before you eat, which is understandable, and I found the staff I engaged with were friendly and helpful. After reading some recent reviews I'd just like to point out that there were 7 of us eating during the July visit and none of us got ill! The only other difference between my April and July visit is that in April there was no (visible) time limit whereas in July we were limited to 1 hour 30/45 mins.

First time trying this and it was good. In my opinion the food was good and i had a fine experience. There was a variety of food from Chinese, Japanese, carvery, dimsum, Indian and English food. There is also a small choice of salad and pizza. However my partner noticed that some food were frozen and the desserts didn't taste of much - tasting like ice. The only nice "dessert" type was the Chinese custard bun near the dimsum section. Other than that, we paid £16.99 and the staff were very nice.

My friends and I celebrated my birthday at Cosmo, and it was fantastic. The manager and staff were very kind. We received a birthday discount, and I received a complimentary meal as the celebrant. They serve delicious food. You can eat more than enough with their buffet. It’s a really lovely spot for birthday celebrations, dinner parties, and much more. Cosmo has my utmost recommendation.

I don’t understand the bad reviews.. I’ve been here twice and I love it. Considering the price, there’s loads of foods you can try and eat. Well, you obviously don’t eat chips and pizza here.. Try the teppanyaki and asian foods..

The food was amazing and there was such a variety to choose from I can't believe there was a literal cheese board right next to rolls of sushi! Who would believe it? The robot waiters were amazing and they made me smile every time I saw them, the restaurant was nice decoration wise and looked very modern which was very good to see in a place that has robots roaming everywhere you go! Would recommend for families and children for birthday parties as there is a special surprise for you when you go on your birthday. Well done! 👏👏

We visited on a Sunday lunch time with my family. Overall we really liked the our visit, from how well the decor looked, how friendly the staff were, and how good the food was. We booked on line which was really straightforward and I am glad we did as it did get busy after 1300. The restaurant is on the first floor, with straightforward access using the lift or stairs. The staff throughout were super friendly and really couldn't do enough for you, from getting drinks to clearing plates they really never stopped. The food was actually really good, with plenty of choice, it tasted fresh and was never empty. Even the sushi was spot on, a good variety and again fresh tasting. My son couldn't get enough of the Chocolate Fountain, and to be fair the deserts were good. Overall I would recommend it and it's well worth a visit and good value for money.

Fantastic new all-you-can-eat restaurant right in the city centre. Has a great variety of fantastic tasting food - only the pizza's let them down - however considering the amount of food on offer it's a small price to pay. You can choose from Indian, Chinese, Italian, a fresh grill, teppanyaki, sushi, a deli and a carvery (although that wasn't on when I went so that might be Sunday only, I'm not sure) and a wide variety of desserts. The Red Hot Buffet closed a while ago now in Liverpool ONE, however on balance, I'd say this place is better anyway. It has a better range of food that tastes better and it's hot; I always found the food at RHB to be luke warm at best. The staff are friendly and attentive, clearing empty plates away promptly and checking in on you frequently to see if you need more drinks. Price wise it's not too expensive, it's about £1 per person more expensive than Bon Pan, however it's offering a much wider variety of cuisine so, personally, I think it's worth it. Plus they do bottomless soft drinks as well (a real bonus for me) so you can eat and drink as much as you like for a set price. It's great for families because there's plenty for kids to choose from if they are picky over their food while the adults can have something more to their tastes. If you are still missing Taybarns (and who isn't?) this place will certainly fill those empty bellies 😂
