Maxine served us and she was excellent. Very professional, enthusiastic and cheerful especially in the early morning. It was so nice to be treated with respect, see a lovely smile and have great service. Well done!

I cannot fault Maxine and the Upper Crust team airside for trying to help me out. They went above and beyond to try and help me out because my flight was due to leave and I was due to pick up a Too Good To Go order. They tried everything they could do to change the collection time for me to pick up

First class service from Ann and the team. Very friendly and bubbly, we were travelling home very hungover and the sandwiches and cuppa is just what we needed. Would recommend coming here if your in Liverpool airport as it is just a lovely spot

Always visit Upper Crust at JLA on my early morning weekly trips to Dublin. Great coffee with fabulous friendly service...the young woman who serves always has a welcoming smile and is a credit to the company.
Me and my wife stopped off for a snack and a coffee before our flight to Alicante. Can’t express how impressed I am by the friendliness and attentiveness from Elias! A credit to the team. Out lattes were lovely and sandwiches fresh! Hope to be back soon✈️
