Went for breakfast at this branch of Moose Coffee as I was staying at a hotel nearby and so glad I did!!
I had the Green line which was a potato hash with veg, eggs and toast and was absolutely delicious! They'd added this spicy sauce in there which was packed with flavour and gave everything a kick. The portion was massive and well worth the cost.
Also had a creamy caramel cappuccino which was their special of the day. The staff are amazing. Friendly and keen to make sure you're happy. My waitress Millie was lovely. And I noticed when they weren't serving they were constantly making sure tables were clean for next customer.
I went at 9am on Sunday and by 9.50 they were almost full so I recommend booking.
Always love coming to moose, it's a great atmosphere! With calming jazz music playing in the background as I drink my hazelnut mocha cappuccino and devour a reuben. Food here is abit different to the usual cafe you would imagine. It has an american/Canadian twist to it. Nice to see something different around. Chloe was a gem, sat me down took my order and served my food and drink all within 10- 15 minutes. Excellent service! I can not thank her enough for help with the menu as it can be hard to choose from an unfamiliar cuisine.
Don't waste your time queuing for dale st moose - take a ten min walk down to prices dock moose sister location. this is our local breakfast spot and its absolutely cracking. lovely decor, generally quieter and staff are lovely. We were served today by Amy and Mille who were both delightful and attentive. I had the new chicken club which was massive and the potato salad side was so tasty. coffee is the best in Liverpool and we love going back to this place.
This was a pit stop after our walk across the docks. Ordered an Oreo milkshake which was lovely. The decor in the place is great with quirky photos of moose. I heard that breakfast is very good here, so next time I will try that out
We Popped in for breakfast Saturday morning without a booking, so there was a 20mins wait for a table. Would recommend to book in advance if you do want to come.
Ordered a tea, the breakfast hash and pancakes. All the food arrived within 20 mins, it was Freshly cooked and delicious. Our waitress Millie was very friendly and helpful, would definitely come back.
Only downside was our teacups and milk jug had marks and stains all over. Which gave me the impression things weren’t thoroughly cleaned.
Visited with my girlfriend and had a lovely breakfast. Food was great and outdoor seating was a nice bonus especially with the weather being not too bad! Service was a bit slow but they were fully booked up with not a lot of staff so they were a bit overworked, but not their fault!

Went to Moose Coffee, after seeing it listed in the Eurovision Booklet.
We actually headed to the other location in Liverpool but couldn't get in, so walked to this one.
This location is a bit of the beaten track, but was worth the walk!
Two of us went for two large pancakes with bacon pieces in with maple syrup and eggs and the third person went for one of the many other breakfast options.
This is not super cheap to go to, but the food and drink was amazing (we went for brunch too and it kept us full til dinner).
Highly reccommend. Staff were lovely too. Definitely book in advance in busy periods.

The gauge of good service in an establishment like this is that when something isn't going right, or the customer isn't entirely happy, that the team proactively seek to correct the situation. There is no such thing as a perfect restaurant - but if the attitude toward service is right, you can get pretty close.
With Moose, that was the experience we had. The food, coffee and service were all excellent. We felt at one point that we'd been waiting a little longer for our food than expected, and when we raised it with Ellie, she immediately provided an explanation and apologised for the wait, then offered some complementary drinks. It's this level of service that makes it easy to recommend Moose - they are clearly passionate about creating a good customer experience (and the food + coffee are fantastic)

Very nice the food was amazing and also I could asked for some extra avocado on toast (which is not in menu) and they was so nice to me and make it up for me 🤍 lovely place and chill music ! Definitely coming again!

Great place for breakfast. Especially the Avocado toast. Perfect staff and ok pricing. Pretty busy on Sunday mornings. We were served by Jade from Barnstable who completed our experience. Highly recommended
I've been to the other two Moose Coffee branches but this was my first time at the William Jessop St restaurant. Very similar to the others in decor but something of the homely atmosphere missing. Food was excellent as always however it did take over half hour to arrive for two brunches and a kids meal. As we'd ordered hot drinks they'd unfortunately been finished long before the food arrived.
Would return to the other branches before this one again but still an enjoyable meal and the waiting staff were very pleasant.
Fun place, friendly staff, good service and cosy atmosphere. I leaned back just a bit with my 4-stars for food. It was good and solid and I suppose most people aren’t going to an American/Canadian breakfast place for ‘fine’ food. Eggs, hash browns and bacon was good, but pancakes were a heavy as though not quite cooked.. Overall, still relatively happy with the experience.

This would not have been a 5 star review, had it not been for the amazing Ceilla, who took total control of a chaotic restaurant and managed to get us seated and served in good time. Without her, it simply wouldn’t have happened, as staff were not managing table rotation very well at all. This lady is a credit to your business and, by her own admission, was only recently back at the restaurant after she had been away for some time.
Delicious food, but they could use some noise absorbing tiles, it gets LOUD when it is busy. Delicious food and great service though! Ordered the grits, with one egg instead of the normal too, was a ton of food.
