really good quality and size for a very reasonable price, i had the mango coconut grapefruit sago and the grape cheese foam and both were really lovely, plus the service was really great and the staff were so sweet !! 10/10 recommend
Bought the passion fruit and jasmine bubble tea and it was amazing. I don’t really like tapioca balls but I had it and it was really nice. It was a large cup for £4.80 and it came with toppings. Not a lot of options on the menu tho

Partner order a graphic milk float... Unusual, not to our liking...But doesn't mean it's not good.
Great packaging, menu looks amazing. Knocked it down one star due to prices. I'm from Yorkshire so Leeds and Sheffield are my go to places and prices are nearly £1 more expensive.

One of the best bubble tea in Liverpool. I love the Signature Milk Tea Combo with less ice and normal sugar. Though sweet, it's not overly sweetened. The pearl is chewy and the jelly is flavourful. Will definitely buy again! I just have two suggestions, 1) it would be good to have picture of each menu item and 2) having the sticker on the glass in full english would be helpful.
Best bubble tea in Liverpool and good customer service. I've been here far too many times and I don't live that locally.
I highly recommend brown sugar boba milk tea and all of the dessert cups.
Even the packaging is gorgeous and the plastic ones can be reused.
This is to continuation with the review put by Ann Mariya. I am her friend. I agree with the non pleasant staff in Jidong Renshaw. However we both would like to appreciate the good staff of the branch. Ann could not put a second review, hence. I could ask the name of one of them. Kim - very polite, smiling, attentive and taking order carefully and make them with utmost care and dedication. Really love their bunch, they even take usual orders without asking. Also to mention the ones from Uni and Chatham also, who have been helpful.
Purchased the lychee jasmine tea, delicious, a little pricy but good size. Great staff :)
New favourite place to get bubble tea (& desserts)!! You get so much for what you pay for and it consistently tastes amazing (and the cups are so good, the paper cups are beautiful and the plastic ones are really nice to reuse after hehe)
So glad we went here, it was great. There was a bit of a wait, though.
The lad serving us was nice, but the big advantage is the flavours.
They have different types and flavours that the other bubble tea places don't have.
If you're already a fan of bubble tea and you're local, then you're likely to make this your go-to place.
Quality.
I live quite far from Ji Dong but every morning I come to get the classic milk tea with normal sugar and little ice with tapioca. They always add more tapioca than other places and the tea is always impressive! There is usually a young man and woman serving me and they are so lovely. good customer service. Very good prices too, for what you get, high quality and not to mention the cleanliness and hygeine, they definetely should be expecting me again this morning.

I’ve only been living in the area for a few weeks and have been to every bubble tea shop, this was the last one I tried and it’s hands down the best.
Friendly staff, spacious shop that I’ll definitely be returning to as I felt safe to be able to sit indoors, great quality boba, and really lovely quality cups! I had to check that it was ok to take it away!
For anyone new to bubble tea, try this shop, minimal sugar or ice levels, just really delicious and fresh drinks. Next time I’ll get a photo of their beautiful cups too!
