They forgot my cheese in my chicken burger but rectified when I told them.
Clean with super clean toilets.
Enjoyed my meal like always
Not bad for a jollibee, the taste is never the same as the philippine ones. But it's as close as it gets.
Some of the staff there are struggling with the service, maybe they're still new there. Nice clean place but it would be nice for more seats, they were hard to find especially for family sized seats.
As a filipino, chicken was okay and as close as it gets. Definitely coming back to satisfy the cravings.
Tastes fantastic, as a Filipino who has been living in the UK for the past few years and have not tasted amazing food in a while, this has truly been an eye opening experience.
Legend told of the bees man , from the east with new flavors and menus to rival and surpass the main stay or "Big Mac", "Wopper" and "finger licking good". Finally managed to try it. It is different and new food , and it was early in the afternoon, so the place was not busy. The chicken burger was lovely and I will be coming back again. 😋
Second visit here and it was fantastic! I want to thank the staff for correcting my order mistake as well as it was my fault but you corrected it regardless. The spicy chicken was amazing! I wish I got more pieces. The gravy is very tasty as well and in my opinion better than kfc gravy.
First time eating here, so thought we would try some chicken tenders and loaded fries.
A staff member called David was extremely helpful and helped us with our order on the screen, he then also told us to have a seat and we might have a little wait as he was cooking a fresh portions of tenders and would bring them to our table when ready.
David came across with our food and was again very polite and helpful, the food was excellent and probably the best chicken tenders we have had for many year's.
We were impressed with the quality of the food and the staff, and will definitely eating here again.
well done Liverpool Whitechapel xx
Not been in one of these before but it was actually very clean and service really good and there was plenty of room upstairs....and phone charging points on the tables downstairs The chicken and the peach and mango pies were excellent... it was quiet so easy to get served and I could get out of the rain..
Chicken was nice and juicy better than kfc. Teja was really helpful :) Fries were good. Definitely coming back
Best Jollibee branch in the UK! Plenty of tables, wide spaces, food are served quick and according to order number sequence, friendly manager/staff. First time we didn't run out of gravy since we were served plenty.
First visit to Liverpool Jollibee. I have been to jolliebee in the Philippines 🇵🇠many times so I can compare understanding we are now in the U.K.
We were almost put off by the negative reviews, I don't doubt them as we could see potential for problems.
Walking in, you need to use the touch screens to order (Similar to McDonald's). They were simple enough, we forgot to add Gravy, it didn't seem like this could be corrected at the point of picking up the food as the lady said " Sorry its not on the order" So you probably need to take your food and touch screen to order Gravy as you wait in order. You can see the progress of your order on a big screen, but the lady shouts out your number, as the big screen does not jump from Preparing to Serving, as McDonald's does.
We sat in upstairs. Clean and tidy upstairs, and at the time we visited no ques straight to ordering so that was good as Google said we may have to wait 15mins at 2pm.
The food was great, not greasy at all so we were pleased. That's the upside.
The down slide is the cost it's pretty high for what you get. Portions are small, similar to the Philippines 🇵🇠but you are paying alot more in the UK.
I have attached a receipt, it was £17 for two basic meals really.
Yes we enjoyed it, its a novelty at those prices and not a regular visit for me.
Is the food good. Yes.
Is it value for money No.
Other reviews said the staff were not friendly, in our experience with the server no issues as she was the only one we interacted with.
Other reviews say its untidy, this was not the case for us, but it was very low traffic. You have to also empty your rubbish into the bin similar to McDonald's, but it's not that obvious if you have never attended before, so I can understand how trays could be left on tables. In all fairness, I think Jolliebee in the Philippines do seem to have more staff, dedicated staff to keep areas clean.
It's not the Philippines I know, the UK in means of front of house has much further to go.
Been walking past for years but I've never been in, some of the best fast food I've ever had. Pa must try, I recommend their spaghetti or hamburgers, both are amazing
