Costa was a clean and tidy when I went two lady’s was lovely in what my order was, after come of a night shift I just wanted a coffee and home. No messing with order in and out and home.
Popped in for a coffee on a beautiful Friday afternoon it was quite in there shop first appearance clean stocked up full presentation and approachable staff. The gentleman behind the counter with greyish long hair tyed up was at my service made eye contact greeted me with a good afternoon!!! Which I feel is right there's nothing worse then being approached by alright mate/pal so good on u however the other staff member in there making the coffees abit like ok not really interested the girl behind the counter might of been training but at least u got a smile which is good wood I go back I think so
Nice, if small, Costa - if you've been to any Costa you know what this is like price wise.
Accessable toilets, multiple floors for seating.
Only complaint is that staff seemed a little inexperienced and gave me the wrong order - but they DID seem busy, so that's an understandable mistake.

Very nice place to have quality very well made coffee, branch has got a very nice decoration, toilets are clean, staff members are polite. My favourite place to go whenever I am in Bootle, for servicing my car at the local National Tyres garage.
Part of the community. Ethan and his team are always friendly, polite and make a great coffee. Can get busy around lunch time during the week with local office workers but if you are happy to wait a short time. Will get a seat.
Believe there is parking to rear. If u Park out front watch out for our friendly traffic wardens... Love this place
Only got drinks and sat outside in the sun but staff were lovely and very accommodating. One of my children is lactose intolerant and they were knowledgeable about non dairy options
Really good personalised service from the Bootle Costa branch. Every employee is always friendly and says hello every time. Don't normally like massive commercialize companies, but I walk past two coffee shops for the service element.
I love this little place! Always clean! Lattes and cakes do not disappoint!
Staff are very friendly and even offered to bring my coffee (and cake) over to the table as i had a pushchair!

Obviously great coffee but they don't do the breakfast rolls at this location just pre-packed toasties and the like which they will heat up. The roads under refurb at the moment so isn't so busy but it's not usually very suitable for drop-in parking. More of a pedestrian/precinct shopper.

I always have a relaxing coffee at Costa before or after visiting my medical centre which is opposite, it is such a nice place to chill out at and the staff are very friendly and helpful. It's our " go to " place for my friends and I to meet up and catch up as we can stay as long as the gorgeous coffee and treats keep coming, highly recommend anyone to chill here.
