Remora Restaurant - Liverpool - Photo album

Excellent food but quite small and bad acoustics! Doesn't serve alcohol but allows you to bring your own. Great except when you can't hear your companions speak due to others in the restaurant deciding it's great to get drunk and laugh and speak as loudly as you can! Not the restaurants fault admitt
Friendly and authentic little restaurant just off the main drag. I judge an Indian restaurant on the quality of their Dal, if you can make lentils taste amazing you know what you're doing. The chef here knows how to cook. Highly recommended. Serves alcohol now too.
What an absolute hidden gem! The food was delicious, and plentiful. Every course was incredibly tasty and we have found our new favourite Indian restaurant. All of the staff were a pleasure. We could not recommend this place more!
I visited last Saturday on my 22nd birthday with my friends and family. Small place, nicely decorated and most importantly friendly staff ❤️❤️❤️. Food was absolutely delicious 😋 . We had vegetable platter as a starter which was Wonderful. I had Garlic Prawn Sag which strongly recommend for Prawn lov
We visited for the first time this evening We are a family of 6 and celebrating a birthday of one of our party. I can honestly say it's been a very long time since we had such wonderful Indian cuisine. The service was friendly and so obliging...... We'll be back! Team Bowles
Yummy! Very good curry and nice service. The set up of the place is cool too and very modern (and 'hip' if you like). We should have restricted ourselves to the main dish though and not have ordered starters. That was too much!
cozy place. It could take a while for the main to be served. My favourite is chicken/lamb Biryani and chicken tikka masala with naan.
This was possibly one of the best curries I've had in Liverpool. The staff are very friendly! Just a note, that they do serve alcohol inside, just in case you were thinking of bringing your own. The lamb off the bone was excellent!
Myself and my partner travel from Manchester, 40 minute drive at least twice a month to come here. I can't explain how beautiful the food really is. The king prawn massala is the beta I've ever had. And the tandoori lamb chops are to die for. The portion sizes are extremely generous, we always bring
The hottest curry I have tried outside of South East Asia. Go for Chefs Challenge. Otherwise it is also good - food is flavorful, portions are generous. The cooks do not try to save on the meat. It is plentiful and good quality.
Food was very good and great value. Service was nice but we'd have definitely bought more drinks but they didn't ask if we were ok at any time. Restaurant was cold and no toilet paper in ladies or they would have got 5 stars.
I was staying in Liverpool for a couple of nights with my children and we decided to get an Indian takeaway. It was an absolute lottery on what the food would be like so we just happened to choose the Remora. Well, we were NOT DISAPPOINTED, an absolutely amazing meal was delivered. Would definitely
Stumbled onto this place after a few beers with my mates and unintentionally found the best curry house in Liverpool. Excellent service from wonderful, chatty staff and the food was nothing short of spectacular! Highly recommend this place.
Very nice little place to eat truly indian food with actual cheese naan! It's very good, not too spicy and plentiful. The friendly team is hearty too. And the place is cosy, not too Big (as I don't really like the crowd) I will definitely come back!
Great Indian food. Very elaborate description of the ingredients and preparation of most of the food, which made me want to try each of the specials. No alcohol is served, but at a small uncorking fee you are allowed to bring your own.
Unbelievable food. A gorgeous, hidden gem with a beautiful, intimate atmosphere. Would recommend to anyone seeking a delicious curry however make sure to book as seating is limited.
