Set menu for 2 courses if wanted £17.99 choice of hummus and various breads for starter then for main you get some of all the meats available. We decided that would be too much so there is another menu available. I had halloumi with chips and salad - delicious, would definitely have it again. Husband chose mixed grill which was very tasty but the lamb and steak were quite fatty but he enjoyed it just the same, again it came with chips and salad. Good choice of drinks too. Will definitely be returning to try other items on the menu
Me and my husband had a lovely lunch today at Smoke & Dough. The first thing we were really impressed with was the lovely, friendly service from Izzy. She was very polite and helpful throughout the whole experience. Service with a smile really makes a big difference. The bread and houmous was lovely! We really liked the onion focaccia and the seeded bread was lovely too. We got the set menu and the meat platter that came out was just awesome! Raj was really lovely who served the platter and made us feel very welcome. The table has a special warmer in it for the hot plate which keeps the food warm and stops it going cold while you’re eating which is a bonus for my husband in particular as he eats quite slow and the food stayed piping. My husbands favourite meat was the minted lamb which was seasoned and cooked to perfection. My favourite was the steak which was a really good size and the chicken skewers which were lovely and tender. It was also a nice surprise that the cocktails were 2-4-1 and the Smoke & Dough Bramble was my personal favourite and they certainly are not shy with the alcohol!! Very generous with this and their food portions. Near to the end of the meal, Emily came over to check everything was okay with our meal which Izzy had also asked earlier which was really thoughtful and also asked if we needed anything. I would definitely be back again!! On a sunny day I’d love to sit outside and have a few cocktails so I’ll be back again but on a rainy day like today the atmosphere and decor inside is gorgeous and I’ll definitely be a regular! Thanks again and see you soon I’m sure!
Really nice place! Got a table for one on a Sunday evening no problem. £17.99 for all different cuts of meat served on a hotplate that fits into the table. Bread and hummus to start too. I definitely didn't need any sides. Staff were lovely and spent time talking to me when they realised I was solo. I would recommend this place.
Although many people that I eat with didn’t really enjoy it, I must say that I enjoyed the food. Smoke and dough, offers 2 different courses for different prices which consist of all you can eat meat ectt.. i think it is around 17£ which isn’t too bad, the quality of food was nice as well as size of place. Only small niggle, is that everyone has to choose the same banquet you can’t have different ones which is a shame as they offer different things. A unique restaurant I would visit again
Was our first time going and would definitely be going back we loved everything about it! The food was absolutely gorgeous and it's a great price too! I also ordered a bunto box I think it was called for my youngest and he loved that there was different things to eat instead of the standard chicken nuggets and chips ect.
Great night. 35 of us catered for. Some with allergies no trouble. The food was hot fresh and tasty. A really good concept. Personal choice I would like a few more veggies as side dish option. The lamb chops were my favourite. The staff were really helpful and looked happy. Would be happy to recommend and return. It was a busy Saturday night but nobody was hanging around or kept waiting.
I can't complain about the quality however I am confused about the all you can eat tag. I had my first selection popped to the toilet and found they had cleared my dishes away
No chance of anymore. Left feeling hungry and £20 a head lighter!
Food was incredible, staff were very welcoming... I just wish they were a little quicker with refilling the meat... whether this is a tactic to save food or avoid food waste I'm not sure but never the less, when it arrived, it was superb.

Amazing bbq restaurant! Offers a bottomless menu 16.99 for standard meats and 21.99 for meats such as steak and lamb etc, very delicious! Very modern style and very attentive staff! Very impressed!
This was a nice little surprise restaurant, really exceeded my expectations.
The bread and dips were so fresh and tasty, and the all you can eat meat was good too (no exceptional, but certainly a high standard for an all you can eat option)
The atmosphere was a little quiet, but that didn't bother me.
Would loved to have tried their deserts, but was far too full, id imagine that they dont sell many deserts.
Food was lovely and you got a lot for your money . We had 2 endless meat platters
between 9 of us and sides , it was a lot of meat.
Where do I start, very friendly staff above all else, first time in Liverpool and was shocked with how well I was treated from the moment I stepped in to the very last second I was there. Food was AMAZING especially for the price, if this was in London would have been £40 plus and would have been definitely worth it, course 1 (bread and dips) was amazing and every single piece of meat was absolutely tasteful and season very well. Now back to the staff, I think I had a lovely chat with a senior ( I say this because he was dressed differently ) and then a chat with the Brazilian lady (think the name was Elena?) and she made the night even better by recommending me a few places to visit on my last night in Liverpool. Final note is, food is sublime, amazing price and amazing people, couldn’t have asked for a better evening!
£20.99 for everything on the platter and you can get more if you want to - lamb, pork belly, beef, sausages and chicken. Was really filling and was shared between 4 people. They give you garlic bread with some sauce which you can order more if you want. If you are in a group but you tend to eat a lot, it might not fill you too much, so might need to order more. Staff were nice and always checking on us. Would have liked to have some salad on the side but unfortunately you need to pay for the sides.
It was real pleasure of dining at Smoke & Dough, Liverpool. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.
The food was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from.
For meat eaters it's heaven. Tho I'm Vegetarian, I had Veg options too to choose from and suggestions by the Manager. The portions were generous and the prices were very reasonable.
I especially enjoyed the dessert, I highly recommend Restaurant to anyone looking for a great dining experience. It is definitely one of the best restaurants to visit when in Liverpool and I look forward to returning soon. 👍
