We visited the Black Lodge Brewing tap room in Liverpool and I have to say, it was an amazing experience. The burgers were absolutely delicious and perfectly cooked. And the beer! Oh my, the beer was fantastic. It was some of the best craft beer I've ever had. The atmosphere of the tap room was also great, with friendly staff and a relaxed vibe. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great food and beer in Liverpool. 5 stars all around!

Amazing craft brewery in Liverpool. But out of town near to Baltic Market so usually not super busy and plenty of outdoor seating

A little bit out of the way, but well worth the effort to come here. Good choice of beer and lots of outdoor seating if it is a nice day.

Big selection of beers and decent food. Great place to visit during sunny days due to a lot of seats outside. The place is quite hidden and not overcrowded.

Came here for Eurovision '23 and it didn't disappoint. Great place, thoroughly enjoyed every minute and will be back again without a doubt.

Good beer, good staff and beautiful stop in an industrial estate! If you like no commercial hidden gems stop there!

Ignore the ramblings of Mr Gait, The black lodge is a great addition to the Beer scene in Liverpool City centre, and with the end of brewing at the Baltic fleet it is the only brew pub/bar in Liverpool currently. Twin peaks fans may get the nod to the series with the name but inside there are no unusual occurrences. Just great beer in simple surroundings. The offerings are mostly Keg beers from the breweries own equipment (which you can see right next to the bar). The other beers come from other regional and national breweries there is also a small but well chosen bottle selection. If your feeling hungry the Charcuterie is a sight to behold. and the Scotch eggs are pretty damn fine! While the black lodge may be somewhat out of the way it can be easily visited as part of a ramble around the Baltic triangle area, it is also one of the later opening beer venues in town so a worth last stop to end your evening. So don't miss out!

Great selection of their own brewed beers. Really enjoyed my flight of 3 different pale ales. Excellent service from the bar staff.

Great little brewery tap, great beers, friendly helpful staff, now they've moved to a larger venue its a little off the beaten track, large outdoor space and alot bigger space for brewing great beer

Nice beers, quite small but we were in early so plenty of space. Quirky set up being in the brewery with portacabin toilets that were nice and clean amd what looked like a kitchen in a shipping container! Still, had some nice beers that were very well priced. Staff could have been a bit chattier, given us some info about the beers perhaps, but they were nice still. All in all a good visit amd would go again.

Well first it’s really hard to find it, because of a brewery too inside is a bit out of town BUT wow! Really really good place, absolutely! When you open a door just don’t know what to except and it’s a bar inside a brewery, awesome! Friendly and welcoming staff, warm and cosy place great music, big and sunny outside! And the BEERS!! Like talking to you! Get a beer tasting, try them, all of them so tasty and delicious, specials! Will go back definitely! Thank you 🍻😍

Black Lodge, pioneers and kings of the Liverpool beer scene. This new brewery and taproom showcases BL's experimental, and always outstanding, range of beer in a cool and laid back setting. Exceptional use of the industrial space. A good eye for detail finishes the interior off with a touch of class. Staff are inviting, knowledgeable and available for recommendations. Concise bar snack menu to accompany afternoon drinking. Catch the rays and the tunes outside on the terrace all day in the summer.

This hideaway is tucked away, but the atmosphere and the service stand out! The beer is great too with a variety to choose from. My husband and I came here just as the sun was setting and the tables outside provided an awesome view of the colorful sky.
