This place has appealed to me for a while due to the fun, hearty pop culture aesthetic of it. Needless to say I was very impressed with the amazing food, chill atmosphere and incredibly friendly staff.
The issues we found however were food took a while to arrive to our table, a couple items were initially not written down in our order and we were slightly charged wrong. Don’t let these issues affect your view of this great place though, since we found all of them were quickly corrected by staff who were very apologetic.
Now the main thing which we loved, the food. Everything was cooked incredibly hot, juicy, tender, along with tasting deliciously seasoned. When u ask for your chicken spicy here they will listen to you. The spicy fried chicken as mentioned and non spicy chicken are greatly filling, they will give any chicken place a run for their money. in our case this time the food easily beat any other fast food of a similar genre.
Alongside this the variety in sides and sauces is very tasty and perfectly crisped and seasoned. I find it great how a place like this known for American oriented food. Will have something like salt and pepper fries, which taste better than many other establishments version of it.
It’s important to mention for those conscious about the spending, all the portions are very large, fairly priced and filling. You’re going to get your moneys worth whether it’s through food, (or the soothing strawberry smoothie I got).
Next time you want American fast food, or just a relaxing place to chill with friends this is the place to try.
Great food from here if you like chicken! The gravy is to die for and great chips too. Prices are really reasonable.
It's dog friendly too which is always a bonus.
First time been here last minute decision cos my daughter was on her own in her flat. Food was delicious piping hot wouldn't ever leave there hungry even got a doggy bag. Highly recommend it very quiet but only a Monday night.
Came here on a quiet Monday with my parents after raving about Pattersons for months, after recently moving across the street from it. Did not disappoint and lived up to expectations! Their chicken will always be superior!! We were the only diners in the restaurant at one point and still had a wholesome and welcoming feeling and will always return! £55 for 3 people including 3 drinks (not just soft drinks too), portions were perfect, sever was polite and sweet too :)
Great food. Great sauce selection, albeit £1 each. 2kg of chicken and 2 large fries is defo too much for 4 people haha. The gravy was really nice and thick 😋 recommend for a sober or drunk feast
Amazing meal for my 18th Birthday. All staff were lovely, particularly the guy with blueish hair, waited on us all night and was amazing throughout the entire night. Food was amazing the best chicken i've ever had from a restaurant, medium paced service is quickly made up for with the amazing food. The atmosphere in the restaurant was really relaxed and it was not too busy or rowdy especially for a Saturday night, thank you for such an amazing meal and accommodating balloons being brought into the restaurant etc.

Really great food and if you get large side with friends it works out good value as well ..we had abit of a wait when we entered after asking to wait before ordering drinks, it was abit odd he made us wait 15 mins after we asked to look at the drinks . Outside of that no complaints , friendly staff and great food .
First time here, got a platter for £36 which was two burgers, topped fries, onion rings and wings. They were absolutely banging, top quality and home made.
My wife also got what she described as the best nachos ever!
The waitress was extremely helpful and polite.
We will come back again, without a doubt!
This is by far the best fried chicken in Liverpool, nothing and nowhere else even comes close and we will never go to or recommend any other high street fried chicken fast food place ever again . The staff are amazing and make you feel really welcome and at home and nothing is to much trouble they are so lovely and friendly. The terrace on the roof is great when the weather is nice and if not the chilled out vibe downstairs is great whether your out with family, friends, as a couple or on your own you won't be disappointed. 5* all the way and I would give more stars if possible 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
Really nice informal place with great food, friendly service and good tunes. Fabulous fried chicken, burgers, loaded fries and more. We always end up ordering too much and bringing the remaining snacks home with us. Would definitely recommend for some down and dirty fried food. Love the outdoor terrace too (with heaters if it gets a bit nippy). Will most definitely will be back!
The place is lovely and such a good spot in the area, the chicken was immense, honestly so tender and the chips weren't greasy and super crispy. They did food right! Price was reasonable and well worth what I paid for. Staff were polite and kind, I'll definelty be back for arguably the best chicken in liverpool!
The food is incredible, we got one of the sharing dishes and it was a lot of food however we ate it all, so flavorful and delicious, staff really friendly, next time I’m in Liverpool I will 110% be coming back !
Great food and quirky setting. Had a very tasty meal at Patterson's though word of warning the portions are massive so order wisely! Highly recommended place to go and the outdoor area is very cool.
