We visited on Saturday 27, 2022. I felt embarrassed when it was told after placing the complete order that Bank POS is not working and I have to pay cash. Unfortunately I was not carrying cash at that time. Manager specifically said ATM is near by you can draw cash or order through KIOSK but you will not receive any discount being Blue Light card holder. Eventually I went to the ATM to draw cash and came back and again placed the order. To my utter surprise all the bank POS were working on KIOSK but not on til. Even though we enjoyed our meal as it was my birthday and children were eager to eat KFC. I like to appreciate the help and support rendered by Ms. Pooja Priyam during our visit.
Our local halal KFC. Tasty hot food most of the time, sometimes a long wait at drive thru if its busy, but usually asked to park up. Went through a phase of getting orders wrong but seems to be OK now, just make sure you check before you drive off!
We went through the drive thru so didn't get to see what it was like inside. We did have to wait to get to the window but when we finally got to it we found a very helpful and pleasant assistant.
KFC chicken and the new chips are so delicious with or without the gravy. The chicken wings are also π. I wish they'll make the chicken wing offers of 20 pcs per 5.99 Β£.
7/10 times great experience .
2/10 times messed up orders
1/10 time made us wait for more than 10 minutes just to take drive through order because they didn't notice us apparently .

It's a nice kfc, I got to is just because it's the only halal one in Liverpool. It's messy some of the times but overall the restaurant and the staff working there are nice.
Definitely a 5 star this place. Nice and clean, friendly staff. 2 touch screens order points, plenty of seating. Lots of window space makes it feel bigger inside which I think is a good thing.
