Great Tapas and amazing ice cream. Beautiful and friendly staff
We love taking the dog here for a walk!! It's such a lovely place, just like a smaller version of Central Park, New York. There are so many paths and walkways around the lakes and fields to explore, something different every visit
There are a couple of cafes with toilets and food and drink at reasonable prices and a great bonus is free parking on the roadside all the way around the park.
If you haven't visited yet then I would recommend you do😁👍
It is one of the most beautiful parks I found in Liverpool, located in the L8 area. In addition to enjoying a beautiful walk, we can also relax in one of the 3 cafes that we find in the garden or simply enjoy live music that we can find on some weekdays. I loved
This park is by far one of my favourite parks in Liverpool.
It offers a huge variety of different nature beauties , several species of trees and flowers, you can enjoy the daffodils in bloom during spring time everywhere across the park. There is a huge lake with many different bird types, from swans to Canadian geese. Couple other smaller lakes and streams are also dotted round. There are a couple of Cafes in the park and bathrooms are also available. Parking areas are free and spread around the outside of the whole park. People enjoy running inside the park, if they fancy a different level of challenge, or just around it, which I believe is around 3 mile.
Is the home of the palm house, a beautiful reception facility That hosts parties, receptions and art fairs.
Fantastic day out for everyone from relaxing on the field's having small barbecue,s picnics bit of fishing, riding your bike or just walking ,there are toilets and cafes we had a great day out
.The thousands of daffodils are beautiful at the moment. A wonderful place for everyone, beautiful lakes, streams with stepping stone crossings and waterfalls surrounded by trees and bushes, such a big park we didn't get round it all today, only there 2 hours. Could easily spend all day there. I hope to go inside the palm house but they don't allow dogs so I will have to go with someone so we can go in separately as Ted will be there, he loves sefton park.
A park isn't always just a park and, in this instance, it couldn't be more true. Saturday and Sunday mornings are bustling; it's a great place to walk your dog and soak up the atmosphere.
I have a small dog, so I am often cautious of other dog walkers, but I am happy to say that I am yet to have any issue, no matter the dog size. It feels like a space where those who visit actually care.
Compared to other parks in the area, there's much less litter, etc, which is great. The cafe- oasis in the park- is a nice spot (but busy!!) to take a little break and people (and dog) watch.
Its a great spot to spend a morning before venturing over to Lark Lane. Well worth the travel if you're more North Liverpool!
Lovely park to walk around. There is plenty of space for everyone to enjoy whatever they want to do, walk, cycle jog or general exercises.
It is dog friendly and has two café. The lake has a path all around it, and has plenty of wild birds on it.
The park is steeped in history. It has a Palm House which can be booked for weddings or other functions.
This time of the year the trees have their autumn colour's and look spectacular.
Beautiful place for a walk and taking in the nature. Pretty flat so fitted for most to walk around.
Lovely walk or run, roughly 2.2 miles on the perimeter.
Bathrooms fairly clean.
Parking everwhere.
Good to play frisbee or is we call it air-disc!!
Seen this beautiful bird, and the hawks not bad either 👏 😉
A lovely place to spend a day in Liverpool.
A glass house, band stand, many fountains, a river, an obelisk, a café, and more!
