I thought the kids were being fussy asking for the popcorn chicken in a separate box which the staff happily helped with .. turns out my kids just wanted to give them to the homeless guy at the bus stop x my thanks to the KFC staff for helping my kids do something nice 😁
My 1st APP order to pick up as I was passing the KFC in Tuebrook...staff are just boss in there and service was very fast and the best thing about this certain KFC...they have a seperate counter they take all the home delivery orders....why arnt all KFC like that....the worst KFC is Knotty Ash...try getting served in there...if you don't mind waiting upto an hour after your order is put in then don't go there. Its not managed right and most of the staff just carry on doing all the home deliveries looking at all the dine in customers standing there till one of them kicks of for the long wait...i am one of them lol....some miserable argumentative staff in there....avoid KFC Knotty Ash like the plague

It's been along Time since I have been to k f c in West Derby or any k f c there shop was clean tidy and staff were excellence personally I enjoy the chicken strips box meal £8 something
Place was very clean. Self ordered my food, and got it rather quick. The cashier was very polite. The chicken taste was very good and perfect temperature.
Ordered through Just eat, food that came was lovely but order was short and to get my money back the Tuebrook shop told me to complain to Just Eat. I did all satisfactory. Wanted to give them another chance and they refused my order.
Come on kfc not the way to run a business.
Much improved since. Lovely meal today.

I love KFC this specific place, the Tuebrook one its really amazing and the test is always the same. No place to dine tho, just take away and deliveries.
Tasty haven't had for a while really enjoyed it 😋,gravy has gone a bit thinner tho 🤔
