I had a great time at Arcain in Liverpool. They have 3 floors of arcade, console and PC gaming also hockey and snooker table all free to play. To get in the entrance of arcain you have to get inside the pub next door 🚪 and the entrance is just at the right where you first step inside the pub. At first I couldn't find it but had to ask a staff inside the pub to point me to the entrance of arcains. The entrance fee is £18 its worth the price as you get unlimited gaming fun.

The absolute best arcade I have ever been too! When we first went I was a bit took back by the entry price but when we quickly realised that pays for staying as long as you want and unlimited plays on any arcade machine, it was not a problem and deemed entry was well worth the price of admission! Three floors filled to the brim of various old and new arcade games is an absolute treat and while some definitely show their age, such as Time Crisis 3 having burn in, it is still fun to play. There are consoles and PC's also set up with a variety of games and option for LAN party games too. Drinks are available on the second and third floor which is handy as it does get warm in there.

Great value for money at £18 entry compared to going to a typical arcade where it's £1-2 a game. I'm not sure what the score is if your just taking a child in, but not playing the games yourself. There were a few broken games that were signed as not working; some other games were damaged, and this prevented full enjoyment of the game, but it's easy enough to find something else to play. Refreshments are available that cater to all age groups. Cleanliness isn't the greatest, but it's by no means bad. It's a great place to go for a bit of nostalgic gaming.

Took our son for his birthday, thought it was pricey at first but ended up spending 5 hours here so got our money's worth. Food was top quality and really tasty, We had burgers, pizza and toasties, all very good and reasonably priced. Loads of choices of arcade machines, consoles and PC's

We first visited last summer and made a return visit as we find it to be great value for money. Everything was working and the kids enjoyed playing on the new machines! Staff here are really friendly and provide a good service. Food was also spot on and well priced. Looking forward to next time!

Fantastic place. Friendly staff great place to start a night out. They have it spot on with the prices, entry fee then all games on free play. Made the mistake of taking our youngest two as would have been better just adults. Age 2 and 3 was too young really as you cant fully enjoy the gaming. Nonetheless a fantastic night out. Will be revisiting soon.

A really cool and large gaming arcade with three floors of retro gaming with the top floor being the most surprising and amazing floor! We spent hours at this place and still did not manage to complete every game. It's definitely a must visit especially for the experience. This place is perfect for a birthday day out or party. We didn't have any drinks or snacks from here but can definitely say it's worth a visit even for just adults who want to game and try out the different arcade machines.

Great way to spend the day with the family. Four hours passed in a blink of an eye! ArCains has three floors of gaming, ranging from the much loved arcade games of the 80's and 90's to more modern versions. Also, the third floor has video console and PCs. Arcades also has a number of bars to buy refreshments and a café for food. We really enjoyed our day there and would definitely go back.

Took the kids yesterday for my daughter's 13th birthday and they had the best time! Honestly the best games arcade we've ever been to. I walk with a stick (39 with legs that act like they're 100 🙄) so the stairs were a bit of a struggle, but even that couldn't dampen the fun we had. Each of the 3 floors has loads to do and kept everyone entertained for hours- I loved the Simpsons game, which took me right back to my childhood :)Soft drinks were decently priced (no idea on alcohol prices). All the staff were so lovely and helpful, one even offered to help me carry drinks if I needed assistance. Noise level wasn't bad at all either- youngest child (8) uses ear defenders due to sound sensory issues and he only had to pop them on once or twice which was fantastic. All in all, we'd 100% recommend going and will definitely be back, thought it was fantastic for the entry price too :) Thank you so much for a fabulous day.

First time here Yesterday. 27.7.23 £18 Entrance Fee to get in. Then everything inside is Free to Play. Pool tables are payable for each game played. Loads of Vintage Games to play. And it wasn't too busy at all. I got there for just after 12 midday. And could roam around freely. May get busier later it gets. There is Bar you can get Alcoholic drinks from and a diner that sells Pizza 🍕 Hot dogs 🌭 ect.. or you can order from Downstairs at Luban and get Chinese Food. You won't be Disapointed here. Every gamers Dream! 😎 go now!!

This is what I will say the largest arcade location in Liverpool based on my experience. Dozens of games if you are into gaming world. You won’t be disappointed. Although you need to know that the only fee you pay is at the entrance when you enter to have access to all games and you are good to go.

Love bringing the kids here. good atmosphere and nice way to spend a couple of hours doing what they love. Update 2024: Again brought kids to Arcains for half term treat value for money, new games added to arcade, really impressed with the Tekken 7 sit down Vs cabinets and they finally got crazy taxi.

I have been looking forward to a place like this opening up in Liverpool for a while. I absolutely love this place – There are loads of arcade machines new and old covering all your favourites and ones you may not have seen. The entrance fee is decent and there is food and drink available on site as well as toilets. There are consoles and pc games as well, I had that much fun I forgot to take more pictures.

Birthday Party for my son, friendly staff went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly and every child had a good time. Nothing seemed too much trouble or effort, definitely very customer focussed. Thank you!

Great day out. Only one machine out of order and so many games to choose from. My boys loved it. This would be a 5* venue if the bar served coffee and some alternative snacks, 5 hours is a long time without coffee and I feel you're missing a trick with the bar 😬

Great place, excellent value for money! 3 floors of arcade machines from Frogger, Mario Cart, guitar hero! All for one price! We spent a good 3 hours in and we didn't manage to go on every game. We didn't have any snacks or drinks so I'm not sure on the choice or prices. Lots of parking close by and free on the street outside! Will definitely be returning in the future!
