Went to 2 different Starbucks in Liverpool as my daughter loves the place..not being a coffee lover I had breakfast tea. Friendly staff..comfy chairs and reasonably priced drinks.
Went in and was blown away by a gentleman called Jay. He was polite and very accommodating to my requests. He further helped to clean the floor when someone spilled her drink and replaced it. This is a true definition of Golden customer service. I’ll definitely be coming again. Well done - JAY !!!

Solid service with a great upstairs options with good views and pleasant atmosphere to do some remote work.
Starbucks coffee is unmatched to our taste. My son is fond of White Mocha Frappuccino and square chocolate donuts which are not served here in UK. Staff were highly cooperative and through professionals. 👍🏻

Great experience here, lots of seating. Very busy location. Today, I had a pumpkin spice Frapp. It was delicious. Very quick with the lineups.
