Me and my partner visited Nandos for a meal together whilst visiting the retail park.
As the Nandos is based on a retail park there is plenty of parking available, including disabled parking outside. There are also plenty of shops and even some activities you can do during your visit.
When we arrived we were seated immediately. We visited around 3pm so we were alittle early for the tea time rush, it was very quiet at this time.
We were asked if we had been before and were given the option to order at the till or scan a QR code to order. I honestly prefer ordering at the till but we used the QR code to see how easy it was and it was very straight forward! The QR code brings up the menu and you just add to your basket what you want. You have to place your table number in and then pay. Nice and simple.
The food arrived very quickly and was hot when it arrived, nice and fresh. I love how you can personalize how spicy you want your dish to me. My partner would still like something more spicy! The food was delicious and relatively healthy too.
The restaurant was clean and the toilets were relatively clean too, just some tissue on the ground. There were alot of staff member and they even had some training happening during the time we were eating but this was also kept out of the way. It was a very relaxing atmosphere.

Went for a cheeky nandos with the mandem. Got there and were seated instantly. Covid-19 arrangements seemed good although a few staff were not wearing masks. Food was reasonably priced, staff obeyed our requests, food was served quickly and the chicken was very nice. 10 hot wings with piri piri fries and garlic bread is an amazing combination that i definitely reccomend you try if you go to this particular nandos location or indeed any other nandos in the world. overall i rate it 16/10 good job guys

Bit chaotic with organizational skills, was told we could order at the table via QR Code bus one was very badly scratched and the other was snapped so had to order at the till. I was asked to wait for a minute then someone came to the till and started serving other people even though I was still waiting to be served and was first in line?
However I don't think it was bad service it was just very minor things, the staff were great and friendly and the food was amazing and they served the fresh food very quickly. Would definitely recommend!
I rarely visit Nando’s, however on the occasions that I have been I have really enjoyed the food (especially the spicy rice) staff friendly, reasonable prices and lots of variety in term of sauces, spice and vegan 🌱 options. Desert menu isn’t much variety, however cake was nice 😊
One of the best Nando’s we been too. All the staff working here where friendly, polite helpful, the food was fresh and portions where a lot larger than other Nando’s we been. All round a good lunch
We decided last weekend to have a evening out at the cinema,& thought we might as well get fed at the complex.out of all the eateries we plumped for Nando's,cause you really can't go wrong.we got a table quite quickly,the staff were nice & polite.& we went for a starter of a share of roulette chicken wings,& for mains i had the 1/4 of chicken,fries &spicy rice,my better half had the chicken burger & chips both medium.& for dessert i had the cheesecake,& my girlfriend had chocolate cake,all washed down with the rather nice chenin blanc,all in all a tasty meal.
A huge thank you to the manager AJ who went above and beyond today to look after us. She is a huge credit to the team and her customer service was impeccable. Thank you.
Quite a small portion compared to the price. Foods are tasty, spicy sauce is great.
Had an excellent experience Dani was very helpful explaining the chili points after me not understanding them for years. She did not stop cleaning, serving etc the whole time in my visit. Asked several times if everything was OK and very friendly. Shame she couldn't be cloned to all Nando restaurants
Never been to Nando's and I must say it got me by surprise. Nice fries, fresh and juicy chicken, pretty good variety of hot souces. The staff is friendly too.
Didn't get the drinks quickly but food and ambiance was nice
I had the new garlic bread churrasco burger, it was delicious, and the service was great, despite it being really busy! 😃👍🏻
