Really well situated within easy walking distance to the station, shops and docks. The room was clean and well presented and comfortable with a small fridge and safe in addition to an iron, ironing board and hairdryer. The only thing missing was a shower cap. Breakfast was a normal buffet and was ad
Had a great stay with my two young sons. Loved the pool. The room had everything we needed including a small fridge to keep our lunches/drinks cool. Loved the carpet in the room . Pillows and curtains could use updating. Great breakfast! Shower/tub good pressure/size but mould in corners. Lots of to
Excellent location, lovely staff on reception. Room was spacious even for a family of 4, the second bed was MUCH comfier than the last time we stayed. My sleep was disturbed but only because the room was far too warm and the air conditioning wasn't working very well.
Great hotel in the centre of Liverpool. 9 minutes from Lime Street Station and shop, bars and places to visit within easy walking distance. Great breakfast, plenty of choice and well cooked. Lovely hotel atmosphere too for chilling. Pool was great, book your slot and it's easy. Not huge and children
Had a lovely few nights here. Hotel is situated in perfect location in Liverpool City centre. Walking distance to all attractions. Food was lovely in hotel (had dinner and breakfasts here). Very reasonably priced. Staff helpful and friendly. Had room on floor 10 with excellent view of city and Alber
Potential to be the best hotel in Liverpool. Perfect location, great staff. Only let down is the rooms, they are really tired in some places & extremely hot on the higher floors. Aircon is actually just a fan that circulates warm air around. Staff will provide fans is requested, which helps a bit!
This hotel was fantastic — had everything I needed for a comfortable stay! Upon arrival, they upgraded me to an executive room which was quite large and comfortable. The location is also amazing, being close to shopping, the waterfront, Bolt street, and more! The reason why I gave it 4 stars instea
Had a really good stay here, were very clean and spacious rooms. Atmosphere and location was really good. Had some issues with the key and opening one of the room doors and was a reoccurring issue and the receptionist kept informing us that it was because it was past 12am which made no sense because
I stayed overnight in an executive room which was really nice - very spacious and well equipped with mini fridge and a coffee maker. It also had a view of the city as it is very central. The bathroom was very large with a separate bath and a walk in shower. The large bed was extremely comfortable. B
Qpark right next to hotel and handy Home Bargains. It is also just yards from Central train station. The Hotel Receptionist was extremely polite and helpful. The room was beautiful and spotlessly clean. The Hotel has a Swimming pool although we didn't use it this time. We have already booked again f
excellent hotel stayed 2 nights lovely bar and less than a 5 min walk to a lively part of Liverpool I would stay again in a heartbeak. rooms were lovely and comfy only strange thing is the toilet is a separate room with no sink to was your hands which I don't like shower/bath and sink were beside it
We had a comfortable stay at the Novotel. All staff were lovely but there simply weren't enough of them. We waited at the bar one evening for 10 minutes but no one came to serve us so after looking around for someone we left. The pool and gym facilities are very good and very clean but they were o
We will definitely be returning, 9/10 as the only thing we were unable to do with a family of 5 was book an adjoined room which would have been super handy with 3 children aged 5 and under, even though requested in the notes when we arrived it was not available on arrival. Staff were welcoming and a
Stayed for 2 nights. room was on the top floor and so so quiet. We had the pool and sauna to ourselves and both were spotless. Best bit for us is we had an early start on leaving and the staff kindly made up 2 x breakfast boxes for us as we were too early for breakfast. No problem with the car pa
Had a great stay in Liverpool, on a family weekend, visiting museums and theatre shows. Great location for all central attractions. Only downside to our stay was that the room was positioned above the busy street - it was expected that being so central, there would be some noise in the late hours o
Booked this stay 8 months ago and on previous stays the car park discount was applied at the hotel reception. On this stay I was advised that the guest has to register for the discount when booking. If this was not in force at the time of booking how could I register? Was told that a refund would be
