I just purchased a tea from here today. The venue was not busy at all but that is probably down to the time of day I visited and weather conditions at the time. I was served with a smile with my drink brought to my table for me.
Pleasant place for a bite to eat, reasonably priced, busy with families as holiday time.

Possibly the best day out for four to twelve year-olds in Liverpool. Great cafe, fun crazy golf and lots for younger children. Also very near a great river walk....try the ice-cream and fries!..... Worth the cost....

Staff here are very friendly. They have very busy times but staff remain calm and welcoming. Drinks and food are good.

Great place for the family and for kids to visit. Plenty of seating indoors and outdoors. A stones throw from Otterspoo and views of the River Mersey. Lovely food, friendly staff, a lovely place to visit.

Well worth a visit if your down that side of otter pool kids will love it
