Great subway franchise. So efficient that it’s impressive to watch them make the sandwiches! Lots of staff unlike other franchises so it’s much faster. They also have a manger working which I think makes the experience better
Food is well prepared and the prep area clean. The service is lightening and efficient. This site plays some cool tunes too.

Thede can be quite a long wait at peak times due to its location being near offices and such. So I avoid going at lunch however they handle it well and seem well staffed. Fast and accurate sandwich making, friendly staff. It gets very busy around lunch time on a weekday as the office crowds descend for a quick lunch. As a coca cola gal I was gutted when they introduced the new drinks dispenser which only offers pepsi 😒
Good quality food, there is so much choice it can be hard to make a decision and everything is so fresh! This would have been five stars but they had no sausages for the breakfast sandwich on this occasion. The breakfast menu is great value and has quite a few options.

The usual fare at the usual prices. Shop was almost empty so we felt comfortable eating inside. Toilet was clean, easy access for wheelchairs.
This smart Subway outlet is very busy over the lunch period with the many office staff who work in this business area of the city. The friendly staff will serve the usual Subway menu items. There are about eight tables. An accessible disabled toilet is available. They have baby chairs.
One of the better Subway's in the city if you're an office worker in the Old Hall Street/Dale Street/Tithebard Street region. There is always a large queue at lunchtime, but it moves very fast as they tend to have five or six members of staff serving at once. Very efficient.
