A very busy Costa inside the Royal Liverpool hospital. Looking rather tired inside, and at lunch time it's very busy expect a long wait. Need to install the order online system?
Friendly staff and always seem to have a good section of cakes.
It's a Costa and you know what expect. First time at this particular one at Royal Liverpool University Hospital. Very good service but had a wait a while for our coffees due to the lunchtime rush. Having said that well worth a visit.
Nice and cosy. Access is suitable for able bodied and disabled. Clean inside and staff extremely friendly and helpful. Will definitely visit again when I am next at the Royal Liverpool Hospital.
I've been in several times over the past week as my husband has been in hospital and the staff there are amazing! It's always busy but they get through everyone effortlessly whilst still maintaining a high standard of customer service.

Despite sometimes long queues of both hospital staff and visitors the staff here are outstanding. All of them are friendly, helpful and work very hard.
