I popped into the new M&S whilst out browsing at liverpool 1, I was curious to see how the new store would look. I don't tend to shop at this retailer, but I did explore the new store. I found it to he modern, bright, well laid out, and easily accessible. The food hall in particular was good, lots of interesting food items. I didn't use the café or the 🚻 toilets. I think the new shop is a vast improvement on the old store on church street.
Amazing food hall and fabulous store. Modern and well presented merchandise. I arrived shortly before closing so was sadly limited for time.
I came in as I had an item to return. The process was quick and easy.
They have a food hall. I was in a bit of a rush, so I didn't browse through.
A lovely store which I shall definitely visit again..
Very tasty afternoon tea for a very cheap price at its own cafeteria. Lots selection of best quality cheesecakes and desserts can be found in the food court. The staffs were friendly and helpful.
The complaints about the cafe and the toilets are simply ludicrous. The store is in Liverpool ONE, where there are dozens of coffee shops and public toilets. In addition, most stores do not offer any toilet facilities at all. The new store is a vast improvement on the old, dowdy, beige store and the staff are helpful..
I had a Horrible experience today when paying at a self scan till, after purchasing a product from the beauty section.I had Paid for My Product, and asked the Assistant if she wud,do the bar at the back of the product so it wudnt go off as I excited the Store,I then asked her Politely,if it was OK,to Which she Rudely Replied,You've Just Watched me Do It!!
I bought here my pregnancy bras, months later I went back and bought my maternity bras and yesterday I went back and bought normal bras. I absolutely love this shop, a lot of stock with an amazing quality/price. the best thing about it tho it’s the staff, super lovely and helpful. One of the ladies help me to find the perfect size, super sweet woman.
The fact that people is complying the reviews about the coffee is appalling and ridiculous. Get a grip, It’s a clothes shop, not a coffee shop.
A big thanks to Adam today on the Foreign Exchange desk. The guy understands customer services and is a credit to himself and M&S.
Great store, well laid out, very well organised social distance, staff polite, friendly and professional. Highly Recommended.
After our first visit to the new store I have to echo the remarks regarding the very poor coffee shop. As customers who visit Southport and Warrington, shop and have lunch, we were appalled at the size layout and general atmosphere of the coffee shop. A very disappointing visit.
After another visit to the store we had
already decided not to bother with the
cafe but my friend wanted a toilet, we were amazed to learn there is only one in the whole store. She queued with six other people. Finance must play a part
in the latest designs but really.
OMG, the guy (with no name badge) so professional dedicated to his customer, we couldn't find ready made stuffing in the chilled section, even after we had been told where to look, stopped this gut, he looked, couldn't locate, asked a colleague, couldn't locate, we thanked him & moved away towards the tills, couple of minutes later, he appeared with a tray of said stuffing, dedicated to spend those extra couple of minutes on what was obviously a busy day for one customer, outstanding, employee of the month in our eyes. 🤗
New store great food section and not as pricey as you think. Good selection of wine too.
The new superstore is super 😅🩷
