Great range of hot drinks, sandwiches and sweet treats with vegetarian and gluten free options available too. The store is well presented and quite clean, friendly and welcoming staff with quick service too. Would recommend. Usually come here for a quick stop off in need of a coffee on my lunch break. Well located on Bold St and accessible by foot with nearby buses, trains and parking available. Toilets on site and disabled access too with comfy lounge décor furniture.

We didn't have any food, so I can't give a rating. But in all Caffé Nero cafes there's always a friendly face, when you walk into their one, no matter which one you go into, they are all so helpful, no matter how busy they are. But because they are so busy finding a comfy chair is sometimes a bit difficult. Shop clean and tidy, staff always look their best. Nice place to go to when you need a pick-me-up or a coffee/drink to go. And I've not gone into any that aren't wheelchair friendly.

Very quiet, two visits today. Usual good coffee and enjoyed a festive panini. Returned just after 5pm later, disappointed that my coffee was now served in a paper cup to drink in.

The lady that performs here has just about the most positive attitude you may ever experience. Joyful, cheerful, enthusiastic. Makes enjoying a coffee that much more uplifting! Seating upstairs is tranquil and offers a nice outside view to boot. 2 unisex restrooms allow for convenience.

Stopped by for breakfast with my dad and then stayed on to work upstairs. I was pleasantly surprised. The coffee was decent and having a vegan croissant was a real plus. There were two staff members working (21/2/23 8:30-11:30am). A young man and a young lady (she had some great tattoos!) Both of them were really polite and friendly. Nothing was any trouble. The place was clean, no cups or trays on any tables ans the bathrooms were clean and well stocked. Really good experience.

Very convenient coffee shop near Bold Street's entrance to Central station in Liverpool needed a coffee badly after my train journey. Could do with lower seats as I cant sit on those high seats near the front so had to walk to the back with my tray. I am disabled and use a stick.
