Lovely Toby Carvery. Nice and clean, friendly staff, this is the nicest Toby I've been to.
The Yorkshire puddings here are the best from all the Tobys I've been in.
They forgot the flakes that went on top of the ice cream, but were quick and friendly about replacing them.
I would definitely go here again. Top notch.
Best Toby Carvery. Seen to immediately. Meat and veg succulent. Roasties excellent. Nothing reheated over and over to make it dry, as obviously it’s popular so no need, the food gets ate. Very clean and well prepared. Loads of staff so you’re not waiting around and food remains hot. Staff very cheery and nice, nothing too much.
We had an excellent experience. Everyone was friendly and chatty. Nicky who served us was a delight and really made us feel welcomed. The food was hot, fresh and delicious. Compliments to the chef who was also chatty and welcoming. Brilliant time, would highly recommend.
Toby Carveries are Toby Carveries, pretty standard wherever you go across the country BUT this one stands out by miles. The difference is the staff. Here, the staff go over and above to make you welcome and feel comfortable. We rocked up on Easter Sunday with no booking and they were extremely busy, yet they very kindly squeezed us in. I would definitely opt for this branch of TC when in Liverpool.
We visited this evening and we both agreed that it was the best Toby Carvery we have had. The food was faultless, all staff were friendly and welcoming and Riley who served us was extremely friendly, helpful and efficient and a credit to the team!
Went for an early Mother’s Day meal and had the carvery. Absolutely lovely. Been a few but this one was definitely the better one. Staff..Charlie and Nicky were very accommodating, pleasant and genuinely nice people. Would definitely recommend. Thank you 😊

Went with my children. The roast was yummy and kids loved going to top up their plates. Meat was very very genius which is unusual for a buffet roast. The chef( one with large earring) was so kind and friendly and my kids loved him. He didn’t get annoyed by my kids going back to the counter time and time again. Lovely lovely guy. Waiter also really really friendly and so was the other staff member ( not sure if was manager or assistant manager or some position similar), if our food was ok etc. Service amazing and so friendly! I’d definitely recommend this place 100%.

Never had a bad experience at this place, the young staff are all well mannered and attentive. Seems well run and the food is always on point. Staff handle it well when the establishment becomes busy and you barely notice until you’re leaving. Will always be a regular for me.
The staff go out of their way to accommodate you with any needs or wants. The food is brilliant. Christmas dinner was superb with everything you could want. Weekday roast was no less. Brilliant service and value for money.

Wow, what a difference! We came in for breakfast after not coming here for a long time due to the management, we thought it had had a makeover but no, just a new manager. And it shows! Lovely service by Nikki, very friendly and welcoming. Food is a lot better than before, we cleared our plates. We will be back, well done new manager 👏👏👏
