Where to even begin... We got married at the Richmond hotel on 23.02.18 and the day couldn't of gone more perfect. The staff are beyond amazing! Nothing was too much, they helped in more ways than they needed to. The food was to die for , and service was great. We honestly cannot thank you all enough for making our day the day it was

We've probably stayed 6 times now, and we do really like the place. We got an upgrade to an apartment once, because our room wasn't ready. WOW IT WAS FABULOUS. Staff are VERY good, courteous and helpful. The burger and pint deal for just under a tenner in the braserie was perfect for us. First time I've had a burger as the French cook them in the UK. We lived in Toulouse for 3 years and they do NOT overcook their burgers. The room and bed (151) was huge, very clean and comfortable. Tiny, tiny issue the (thoughtfully placed) fresh milk in the fridge had been opened and was off. Still full and still in date, so no criticism of staff. Good brekky too.

We got married at The Richmond on 10.2.18. From start to finnish the day was perfect. Staff couldn't do enough for you and were very organised. Food was amazing and all hot. The room was decorated beautifully. We used some of their decorations and some of our own. They did everything for us. We booked the resident DJ who was very profesional and accomodated some last minute changes without a problem. Everybody enjoyed themselves and commented on the amazing staff and food. Emma Crawford helped us plan the whole day and was realy helpfull. As a whole we couldn't ask for anything else from the team at the Richmond. Definately recomend! Thankyou!

Just had an overnight, the room was spotless but it needed a mirror at the table in the bedroom as there is no place for females to sit and do their hair and makeup,

Once a year I come to visit when I am in England and what surprised me the most is that elder people sit amongst young people and they are all having a good time. Waiters there are very friendly, food is good and it has a relaxed atmosphere. Plenty of parking available, nice to sit outside. Will return definately.

This tiny little pub is easily overlooked despite its central location. It's between Williamson Square and the Met Quarter shopping centre, 5 minutes walk from Mathew Street and all its famous establishments. What it lacks in size, it makes up for in character. You can sit outside on whicker chairs and people watch, or sit on leather stools inside. The clientele are mainly regulars; a combination of groups of old men and trendy musos/media people. Because it's small, it can get very packed sometimes. I also like the decor inside, sort of vintage style, upmarket without being pretentious as the rest is kept simple.

Despite a major refurbishment last year this Pub remains faihfull to it's regulars. Thr refurbishment was done in a symphathetic manner and this central pub is thriving and even now has a pavement cafe where can watch the world nflow bye.

I just want to give a thank you to the server who did an outside table drinks order yesterday, as the pub did not have scooter/wheelchair access to go inside. This could be rectified with a small ramp at the side entrance maybe? But thank you for accommodating my needs so me & my auntie could enjoy a drink in the sunshine 🌞

Matt was great and the price on the Jameson Caskmate was delicious! If Terry is there, definitely have a chat with him, he is great company and will give you some good banter if you are a blue.

Nice old fashioned pub, great cental location. Not a large venue but it does have outdoor seating area, frequented by more mature groups as it quiet enough to be able to chat without any irritating 'noise pollution'.

Small but lovely pub. Good range of drinks, huge windows to "people watch" and a great jukebox. There's a great sitting area outside too. The customers do seem more "mature" so if you're over 40 you'll feel at home, onside or out, lol! Great location in the middle of town, recommended.

What an absolute Liverpool Gem this place is! We were part of a charity run from Manchester to Liverpool and decided to spend the evening here. The outdoor seating area is great, with heater's all the way round. The staff, especially Matt were fantastic! Matt Kept us entertained all night, was polite and couldn't have done anything better. We'll be back! 🙂🙌
