My partner and I went for lunch here today and it was fab from start to finish. Our server Maderson was so friendly and very knowledgeable when it came to the menu and has great customer service! I would highly recommend the nachos, tandoori lamb and the desert that looks like a huge profiterole lol I had a few cocktails which were also gorgeous and would recommend this restaurant to anyone. Great service all round and the staff were lovely. We will definitely be visiting again xx
The look and ambiance of this restaurant were perfect. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Our server, Connor, was a great young man, very knowledgeable on the products and on hand for anything that we needed without intruding on our evening. The starters, chipotle chicken and nachos, were outstanding, we could have eaten them again. Followed by T bone steak and BBQ chicken as mains which were cooked to perfection, side orders were also delicious. At this point I was so full that it pained me to order the banoffee pie, but like every good soldier I battled on. My tastebuds were extremely glad that I did as it was out of this world, however my stomach was ready to pop. I had two cocktails through the evening which were delicious. Importantly for us ladies, the toilets were clean and had everything needed within the cubicle. I cannot fault thks place, will most definitely be back, and wish you every success.
Four of us had lunch yesterday 27/5, walked inside and I was immediately met with a smell that made me excited to eat, the entrance and setting 10/10, we sat down and met our waiter, great Irish lad full of suggestions and polite and attentive, ordered from the set menu £24 and value for money! You can say that again, the food was fantastic a really great dining experience, our waiter finished halfway through the meal and was replaced with an waitress who again was polite and attentive. Well done to everyone involved for giving this great location the type of establishment with an amazing dining experience it deserves, I’m already looking forward to coming back.

Today we experienced the fabulous new restaurant, had amazing food and were waited on by Maderson, who gave us advice and helped us select our meals! Thank you Maderson, our food was delicious!! Myself and my husband visited here for a meal on Friday and wow is all I can say!! The place looks amazing and the food was outstanding, our waiter was Maderson and what a credit to the company. Maderson was so helpful and nothing was to much for him so we will definitely be visiting again

My husband and I visited last night with our two sons. We all thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Food was top class. Even our youngest son enjoyed his meal off the Young Diners Menu. Our waitress, Maddy, was lovely. Nothing was too much trouble and she was very chatty and attentive without being ‘over the top’.
I hope the restaurant manages to continue with its high standards. We loved it and will definitely be back! ��
Visited here for lunch 2 days ago. All staff from desk to table pleasant and welcoming. We saw a table of mum's with 3 prams around it with their very small babies plus families with children. It appeared to be no different to being in any other establishments I've eat in in Liverpool. Food was great as was service too I would definitely recommend and return.
Had the best meal over the dry runs. Maderson was an amazing host. Can't wait to come back for lunch soon! Bones marrow side is incredible.

Gorgeous meal!!! We did wait almost an hour for mains, which wasn’t a problem as we were not in a rush, the food was lovely!!! It was a nice quiet atmosphere which was perfect! Emilia and Tina who served us were lovely. Perfect night thank you xx

Booked this online, and despite getting there early, they were more than welcome to sort a table.
Location was secluded, quiet basically out the way from busy roads. 3-4 pm on sunday in February, which was nice.
Mia, our server was polite, laid back approach and despite ourselves too excited to get our words out. Knew exactly what we wanted, not to mention the best recommendations.
The starters; cheddar mushrooms and sticky chicken, were fantastic. Requested to swap the chilli jam for Bbq sauce no problem at all. The food was absolutely amazing.
What looked like Onion loaf was unexpected and didn't stay on plate long. Mixed nicely with the dripping sauce.
The same applied for the Sirlion and Fillet. They didn't disappoint.
The presentation was flawless. Ingredients were never connected with other ingredients. Fries were in a pot, as much as the same way the sauce was.
I requested it medium rare and came out superb. Definitely mouth watering. Partner raised the bar and wanted her Fillet blue, and by her reaction, she enjoyed it.
Think the highlight was the dripping sauce. the amount of flavour just blended perfectly in with Sirlion.
Would definitely return here in the future.

Excellent quality food and a very good range of fine wines and beers to compliment this pleasant restaurant. Staff are very efficient and friendly too.

Plenty of parking on site, good accessibility for disabled, with parking and toilets.
Our server Emilia was amazing! Very kind and polite. Nothing was to much for her. Emilia’s personality shone throughout our service and made our night evening better. All the other staff that brought us drinks or sat us down were also amazing and we could not fault any of the service. The food came in good time and well present as always. The Otterspool restaurant is not our closest but is our favourite and we always book there when possible. Amazing team well done.
My wife I had the pleasure to dine at Miller & Carter Otterspool at lunchtime today. From walking through the door the experience was brilliant. Emilia who looked after us during our stay was a credit to your company, providing good friendly service throughout in a very pleasant location with a nice atmosphere. We made our selection from the two course set menu which was very much to our liking . We would have no hesitation in recommending this venue to our family and friends based on today’s visit. Look forward to doing all over again very soon, and thank you all.
We came for a birthday meal to Miller and Carter on Saturday, we had a lovely warm welcome on arrival and we’re seated to our table quickly. My husbands steak (fillet)was slightly under cooked but this issues was sorted within ten minutes and a fresh steak was offered. Our food was lovely and the portion sizes were very generous! The waitress(Mia) was very attentive and helpful.
We will definitely be back!
Went for my sisters birthday staff were brilliant the service was excellent. Food was cooked perfectly, 18 satisfied customers, all saying how much they'd enjoyed it. Could not find fault, will definitely be returning.
Incredible food, clean and tidy inside, phenomenal value for money. Food was hot, well-presented and great quality. Our server, Ella, was incredible too. Very attentive, pleasant and accommodated all of our requests and needs. We couldn't name her in the survey we got given at the end but we got told on the way out so we're doing it now! It's my first time try a M&C restaurant and I will be returning. 10/10, thank you.
