My experience visiting Costa in Liverpool One on 13th May. Staff seemed disinterested in customer needs. I wasn't offered chocolate topping on my coffee, or given a spoon to stir it. When I asked for paper napkins, I was told that they had none and was given two J Cloths instead. I also ordered two

Service quick. Staff OK, not rude but not very welcoming. Felt rushed. Tables filthy…not ok.
The bathrooms were disgusting! When I inquired about using the family bathroom I was told to go upstairs. There were several tables but all were dirty. I ended up clearing and wiping down a table myself. No staff even bothered to come up to have a look. Very disappointed in Costa!
