A very pleasant surprise to be served by two,(sorry),older ladies,really nice attitude,very polite with smiles on their faces as opposed to the usual looks of disdain you get from younger members of staff,attentive without being overly so,served as soon as the previous customer had departed,not ignored at all,please start employing older people as opposed to the younger generation,this way you will get returning custom,thank you

Wonderful place for a quick stop or to chill out/work. The staff were incredibly polite, quick with orders and had a smile on their faces. Lots of room inside and outside to sit down, will go again.

This is my favourite Costa around Allerton, its bright and spacious inside, the same familiar staff are always running it well, and it's well stocked/consistent every time. ☺

Clean friendly costa, staff very good offered to carry the tray to table because I had a bandaged hand. Will return, to the relaxed atmosphere.

This Costa different to the one I would normally visit however the staff were pleasant explained they had a large order to complete so the wait could be a little longer. The staff also asked people to wait outside as there were too many inside people did this. In fact if I have a complaint there were 3 girls approx 14 years old NO masks worn not sure whether they were asked why as I was leaving with my coffee they were all chatting were they exempt?????

I’m a regular here. Spacious and bright, with the normal Costa selection. I’m not a huge fan of their standard coffee grain, as it’s bland, but it’s a nice quiet place to hang out, with free WiFi, and I like it.
It’s one of the few branches where the staff usually remember to give you a glass of water with your espresso and usually get the order correct, but that’s probably because I always go when it’s quiet.

A great Costa. Been here a few times. Today it was very busy, however the staff were excellent in managing the numbers and orders that I had to write a review. Spacious inside, good food options even for vegetarians, and service was friendly and efficient.
