We visited Hafia on a lovely sunny Sunday lunchtime. We sat outside. It's my first experience ๐ฝ dining here. The restaurant inside is very nice and the outside seating areas is also nice. Our food orders were taken promptly, and our food arrived within 20 minutes. All the dishes we ordered were really tasty and freshly cooked ๐ณ. I was really impressed by this. The waiting staff were efficient and friendly. Prices are very reasonable and there is a good selection of dishes to choose from. I will definitely visit this eatery again. I would recommend it as a good place to get a decent feed ๐๐ฟ pop in if you're on Lark Lane. ๐

A bit of a mix up with our reservation as soon a we arrived but we had a drink and some fantastic olives while we where waiting for a table which only took minutes anyway once we got to our table we were looked after by Hannah who was delightful and very funny and really helped us with the food choices as it was a first time, the service was fast and the food delicious. Definitely will be back and definitely recommend.
The food was excellent with decent portion size. The staff who served us were especially friendly & able to advise about specific menu items. We chose to sit outside at a table on the street & liked the atmosphere.
Couldn't resist trying Hafla Hafla after seeing the food on the tables outside, which looked amazing.
We were served by Nat who was lovely and really attentive, making sure we had water on the table (in the September heatwave) and replacing the empty bottle with a full one before we even had to ask.
The food was tasty and the bread was so delicious it felt indulgent.
The halloumi kebab was good but could've been better. It was overloaded with wet ingredients (coleslaw I think) which caused a soggy pool in the centre of the bread. The halloumi was also really salty and the other ingredients didn't quite balance it out.
We'd definitely go back here again though to try more dishes.
First time here on 16/6/23 Really lovely food and a great choice menu too. Staff were fantastic. Couldnโt be more impressed overall. Canโt wait to come here again
Lark lane has many eateries and this place with its cafe bar style with pavement tables is a nice place to be. We were there early midweek before going to the Phil. Nice menu and food well delivered. The serving suggestions are generous so, make sure you're hungry if you go for anything the of 2 plates and a kebab. Good sharing plates. As this was April the place will fill up going forward into summer. I would suggest booking in advance ๐
Beautiful food that was full of flavour and tasted amazing.
The food arrived on small plates, yet it was plentiful and provided the opportunity to try more from the extensive menu.
Great service, from friendly and helpful staff who happily recommended different dishes for us to try.
I did take more photographs although they didn't do the food justice.... even more reason to give Hafla Hafla a try.
Well worth a visit and I'd definitely visit again.
Good spot for small plates, with lots of variety, and pleasant service.
A highlight were the halloumi fries, which had amazing crisp exteriors, soft interiors, and covered with a lovely tart sauce. The mushroom kebab was also very nice, with generous crispy chunks of oyster mushroom, although the ketchup sauce was a bit too overpowering.
The apple and fennel salad was unfortunately too watery, and we were unable to make out any flavours.
I was also hoping for more variety among the large plates/mains, but they seemed to all centre on kebabs, which was a shame.
Amazing food. Loads of new things to try and both the kebabs we had were so tasty
Four of us wandered in without a booking on Monday evening at about 7:30.
Our small scruffy mutt was welcome in the lower section and she was provided with a bowl of water.
The food was absolutely excellent and the service was friendly, quick and attentive.
A very good experience and it was reasonably priced.
