Had a breakfast the other morning honestly was delicious. The freshest nicest one I've ever had from a buffet style place. Staff were super helpful regarding my previous concerns, were able to identify the problem and fix it, if you have a bad meal give them rhe feedback they do actually listen and change. Staff as always are your pride and joy, look after them they are treasures.
I Took my wife out to a lovely Sunday Roast.
We arrived a little early as we were booked in for 6.20 and only waited 10 minutes in the queue.
So we actually got to the front of house a couple of minutes early.
We were really looked after well,as we are both not great on our feet and we where given a choice of seats to suit us both.
I ordered some drinks right away and we went for our food.
When we got back to our table the drinks where waiting for us.
Just a brilliant all round service and the food we had was absolutely lovely.
The staff work very hard to keep everyone happy.
And they are genuinely there to make you feel welcome.
And it was very busy,being a Sunday.

Clean, well presented and delicious breakfast, cannot fault, there is a great variety of breakfast food to choose from , I had the all you can eat breakfast buffet which is great value for money, the friendly atmosphere means myself as a disabled person feels totally comfortable dining there alone or with friends...a little tip!! Love going to this carvery. Food and service excellent, staff always helpful and friendly… Mum uses a walking stick these days and they usually try and find us a table near to the carvery… Thank you, little things like this mean a lot.
Lovely food and atmosphere. This carvery is my favourite place in Liverpool! Great service from all the staff, will be back again. 100% recommend! Food was 10/10 fresh and delicious!
Visited with my partner who uses a wheelchair. We only booked an hour in advance but we were given a well-positioned table with access to the carvery and the accessible toilet. The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. Food was excellent, as was service.
We were honestly very touched by the welcome, quite often when you visit a restaurant with a wheelchair user you get treated like an inconvenience or talked down to - but not in this case. Thank you so much
Arrived without a table booking, but they still accommodated a table of 3, as long as we left the table within 90 minutes. Suited us. Although it was a mid week table, it was still busy, so I would recommend booking to avoid disappointment.
Food was great, lots of choice.
Staff were really polite and accomodating. Very chatty with all my family members, took the time to greet us and say goodbye.
A very great place with an amazing atmosphere and delicious food. We felt welcomed since we walked in. Service was very friendly and polite. I will hundred percent recommend it.
Skimpy on the meat but it was tasty,I had the turkey and gammon as the beef looked a bit fatty for my taste the veg was good, pity there was no parsnips, and the Yorkshire puddings excellent the gravy was really really good some of the nicest I've had, waiting staff were polite and friendly despite being really busy the queue was out of the door on a Wednesday evening god knows what it's like on a Sunday
Great friendly service. I had a issue with my booking (my fault) and Therasa sorted it for me quickly with a smile. Food really good and staff even better.
Price is getting a little high as is everything lately. Staff are always pleasant and help in any way they can. Been coming here for years and never had a problem that couldn't be sorted out (not that its happened often). Would always recommend eating here any time of day, even for a cooked breakfast. Never fails to please.
Catherine was great explained the menu to us, thereafter the host I presume was really quick during a busy period to seat me and my partner without a booking, food was presented lovely hit and tasty. Will be back agin soon.
Amazing service and food, staff were so friendly and welcoming especially Charlie who was well mannered and gave us everything we needed aswell as making us laugh. Great kid deserves a raise or a promotion!
We had our baby shower and it was amazing as per usual, the best roast dinner in Liverpool.
