I recently visited and had a fantastic experience. The staff and manager greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel very welcome. The food was delicious, with a wide variety of South Indian dishes to choose from. The decor of the restaurant was beautiful, creating a pleasant and inviting ambiance. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that I had a great dining experience. The highlight of my visit was the amazing bar, with a great selection of cocktails. I also appreciated the promotions they had going on at the bar. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant for its great hospitality, delicious food, beautiful decor, friendly staff, amazing bar with great cocktails and promotions.
I had an exceptional experience at Akshaya Restaurant . The service was top-notch, the staff management was excellent, and the food was simply outstanding. Every aspect of my time in Akshaya exceeded expectations, making it a truly memorable and enjoyable visit. I highly recommend Akshaya Restaurant for anyone seeking a delightful combination of great Indian cuisine as well as service and delicious dining. A solid 5-star experience!
I love this place. Amazing ambience, neat and clean service, authentic Indian food available, parking. I would like to recommend it to anyone who loves food. Very professional staff and very clean . I will visit again whenever I go to Liverpool. I believe they open at 1 pm . We visited for lunch
"Subin is an absolute gem behind the bar! His cocktails are not just drinks; they're experiences. Each creation is a work of art, meticulously crafted with a perfect balance of flavors and presented with flair. Subin's knowledge of mixology is impressive, and his passion for his craft is evident in every sip. Whether you're a cocktail connoisseur or just looking for a great drink, Subin's creations are a must-try. 5 stars without a doubt!"
Very great ambiance and food came on time, no delay. Tastes very good. Quantity is less compared to last time other than that no flaw. They got parking at the rear of the restaurant which is free to use for customers. Very decent place to spend time with friends and family. Even the pub looks great with large Tv.
We visited during our stay to Liverpool. The service was great. The food we ordered was amazing! Very flavourful and i was really taken back by how pretty the restaurant is. Certainly an Instagramable restaurant if you’re into aesthetics.
We just visit Liverpool and by chance we see Akshaya restaurant and we decide to go for dinner at Akshaya. Firstly I am saying about the restaurant ambience. It is so astonishing because its lighting arrangement is so illustrious. Then saying about their staff (in my side),they are warm welcoming and friendly. They know how to treat a customer because our oder is taken by a lady staff and her name is kerthi. She is so kindly and respectful. At last saying about their food, we ordered Chicken kothporotta, Akshaya special friedrice, chicken biriyani, butter naan and butter chicken. Each of the items one by one better. But from this I really like kothporotta. So must visit for a tryout…
Today I went to this place for the first time and it did not disappoint. Indian is my favourite cuisine and I really thought I’d tried the best places but then this one comes along and steals first place.
It’s been a few hours since I went now and already cannot wait to go back. I can still get hints of what ever magic the chefs put in the dishes.
A lot of food was consumed yet, you don’t feel bloated or overwhelmingly full just very very satisfied.
A lot of the food is gluten free which is a bonus, maybe that’s the secret to not feeling bloated.
The service is 5 star, considering it’s in Kensington Liverpool you feel like you are somewhere like Kensington in London. The people who serve you are very smart and the decor in there is very swanky.
The aromas coming from the kitchen is enough to make you salvate and the toilets are absolutely spotless and very modern.
There isn’t anything bad or even mediocre to say about the place. It’s cheap and you can even buy a pint of Stella for £3.50.
Best Indian restaurant I’ve been too. Every other Indian restaurant/take away should just close because they arnt needed. By the way, it’s better than east Z east and I love that place.
We have just been and ate at this wonderful restaurant. Seriously you need to try this place, the food, the service and ambiance are second to none, an experience you do not want to miss. Staff are all wonderful thank you for our wonderful evening. FANTASTIC!!! FIVE STAR.
Absolutely delicious and well presented. Service was excellent and very friendly. A good varied menu with plenty of vegetarian options. The decor is beautiful and sets an ambience. It was a busy evening and the atmosphere was chatty but relaxed. Would highly recommend.
we went on a weekday evening so there was alot of availability and they managed to get us a good table without a reservation. The food is halal aswell which is what we were looking for. The service was quick and polite. The portion sizes are good and the food tastes great! The atmosphere was the best part.
Food was delicious(vegetarian, vegan options available), staff was very polite , understanding and paying attention to detail. My partner at some point was trying my food which may contain ingredients not suitable for her and staff got worried and make sure she is aware that my food isn’t suitable for her( which we find nice). The decorations inside is just outstanding and breathtaking. We couldn’t just believe that this fancy place is just in front of our nose and never thought about checking it out until recently. But we are glad we did. I highly recommend foods lovers to check this place out.
Thank you and we will definitely come back
The best restaurant I've ever been to. The staff are immaculate and so lovely and helpful. The food, wow, unbelievable, we got lamb bhuna and lamb byriani, there was so much lamb, melted in your mouth too, got devilled chicken for starter, absolutely gorgeous as the mains were, and the prices are affordable, so much cheaper than any other Indian restaurants. When u walk in u just don't expect it to be so beautiful and spotless inside. Must of cost a fortune, the decor is juat beautiful. Been twice un 2 weeks, would if been more but didn't even know it was there.
I love this place. The food was delicious and fresh. One of the best south Indian restaurant's in Liverpool to celebrate any event, will recommend anyone. Prices are reasonable too. Amazing and friendly staff🥰🥰🥰.
Very nice place, lovely food, lovely decor, lovely staff, very welcoming, subin makes the best drinks including the nicest strawberry daiquiris, highly recommend

I booked a table for my wife's birthday. It was a great experience that they gave me a good location where I could keep my baby's pram and accommodate 5 family members together. Though it was busy day on Saturday, they served us like special. The girl (I hope her name was Bhanu from Ekm) who served us was so amiable, always smiling and ready to serve. The ambience inside was just amazing except the temperature level in the hall seemed to be little high for such a crowdy day. Quality and taste of food was nice especially for biriyani and porota. But the taste of some curries were average and pricing seemed to be higher compared to some restaurants in London. Ample parking space was available behind the building, but all was taken by the time we reached. However we managed to park somewhere there itself without hazzle. My wife was so thrilled to have her birthday cake served by one of the crew with a background of happy birthday song to her while everyone in restaurant clapping and singing for her. Thank you so much for such courtsey and extra mile gone to please customers. The cleanliness was just excellent. Most of the Indian And Srilankan cuisines are served here... My humble suggestion is to increase Indian/Kerala non veg curry items on the menu...
