Great welcome from waitress , Excellent Service shown us the exceptional loose teas on the menu. I'd recommend the Mulled wine one. Beautiful Afternoon Tea with sublime cold glass of fizz. The best hot scones we've ever had !! Compliments to the chef

Had a lovely afternoon treat with my friend today. Prosecco afternoon tea was dealish and I even enjoyed the Lapsang Souchong tea, despite not being a tea drinker. Love the idea of being able to smell the teas while choosing (which is what made me give it a try). My friend chose a fruity option and we could have tried more (as tea/coffee was unlimited) but we opted for a coffee to finish. Staff were helpful and friendly and surroundings were relaxing, cozy and clean.
We also went to explore the spa where we were offered a guided tour by the lovely young lady on the reception. Definitely a recommendation and will definitely go again.
Lovely restaurant, excellent food, friendly professional staff. Overall a great dining experience - would recommend.
We booked afternoon tea with Prosecco, given date (Father's Day) we expected it to be busy, there were a few large tables (8+) having a family meal and a few other tables but the staff were fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble even though they gave the same attention to each table. Very friendly. The food was fantastic as was prosecco.
Definitely book again!!
Friendly service and food is amazing, never been disappointed with any meal we've had here. The lamb dish is what keeps us coming back, delicious!

Lovely place! Atmosphere was perfect to listen to great music whilst enjoying Cocktails and pre drinks with friends. The DJ was pretty cool 😎

Firstly let's start with the cocktails, we ordered both on and off the menu and all the cocktails were prepared perfectly. The whiskey sours was gorgeous but I had to laugh that it took them 3 attempts to separate an egg white from the yolk!
The food was good but not amazing to be honest. We had the mixed mezze and calamari to start and I just felt the calamari was a bit dull and lacking flavour whilst the mezze was presented nicely the Hummus was a bit too tangy and the pitta dry AF, like I know it's bread but this was borderline stale.
When mains came and my chicken skewers arrived I have to say I was excited to dive in. I asked for a bit of ketchup for the chips and recieved approximately 10ml in a small bowl, after a few minutes I asked for a little more ketchup and was presented a tatty looking plastic bottle of sauce.... classy!
Both the starters and mains were perfectly fine and I wouldn't say I was unhappy with either but I kind of expected something better.

The staff were super friendly all evening and were always happy to help without being constantly present watching us eat.

I am giving this 3.5 stars. There is some finessing needed around some of the food but ultimately this was a really nice meal with some well prepared cocktails. Not bad for a restaurant linked to the hotel.
Bit on the expensive side, £27 for 4 drinks but good food and good service, nice service team - well done. Knocked off one star because I was tired of seeing Mr Koukash on most of the photos in the restaurant. That's a little self-centered and would rather see some nice paintings. Please try harder.

Always great drinks, though they don't have an actual mocktails menu, if you walk for one they will concoct something, and each of them were delicious! Chilled relaxed vibe, highly recommend.
