Five star service from staff at Pret a Manger Derby Square this morning. Went in to get a coffee before getting the morning train, fully expecting to be part of the mad morning rush you see in other chain coffee shops. Instead, I found when I walked in the atmosphere was very relaxed and I was served almost immediately by smiling friendly staff. I usually order a plain soya latte because too much dairy disagrees with me, but since my order wasn't being demanded from me (as is the usual "fast coffee" service you expect in the morning) I decided to inquire about the coconut latte that I had never tried. Both staff members behind the till were incredibly helpful and sold the idea to me in a way that felt genuine and honest. I love trying new things however I sometimes find coconut flavoured products taste/smell like body moisturizer or bounty bars. I explained to them that I had never tried this product and they went above and beyond, letting me try it on the house. I was both suprised and delighted to find the coconut latte tasted very similiar to a full fat hazelnut syrup latte... without the milk or the syrup! It felt like I was drinking a naughty treat so I went online to check the nutritional information and was really surpised. How can a drink taste so naughty whilst remaining healthy?! Really appreciate Pret and its staff for converting me, this will be my new pre-train destination of choice!!

Came in yesterday with my Sister and Niece, who have never been, we had Filter Coffees and lovely Cakes, very impressed, definitely coming back again ☆☆☆☆☆

Really tasty fresh sandwiches, love your green message, and lovely service. Received a little cup of frothed milk for my 10 month old, on the house. Very kind, and it's this sort of friendly touch that will keep me coming back :) Thanks!

A spacious Pret on the edge of the main L1 shopping area and a lot quieter than the one opposite John Lewis.
Everything on the flat, with a good selection of hot/cold drinks & snacks.
Loads of seating inside & a bit of seating available outside.
This is our second visit, friendly staff & clean.

I go to meet my daughter for lunch sometimes coffee & hot sandwiches Great service nice staff polite & welcoming. I need to go more as I always enjoy meeting up there.
I come in here fairly regularly and I find the staff generally quite decent and the place clean and tidy. Some staff members are more reserved but so far I haven't experienced any of them being rude to me.
Went here for hundreds of times. Had one unhappy experience with food but they sort it out so I’m not mad anymore. Most staff are approachable and nice.
Always good food and good service. Cannot fault this pret at all. Keep it up girls n guys!!!

Lovely welcoming space good layout. We met for an informal meeting and it was a good location for it. Good choice of drinks and faster service than star Bucks I'm told.
Great location! The staff were really friendly and quick. The food was lovely as usual. It was very busy, so that might have been why the tables were a bit grubby! I’m not a fan of the unisex toilets though - slightly off putting! Some men might be missing their urinals 😁!
