Saturday, maddest night but was impressed. Staff and food v nice. Floor could do with a wash and when are Nandos going to prep a suitable area for those waiting for a table. It was packed and noone could walk past to the drinks, cutlery etc. But the staff were really great!

First time for me in Nandos. Food was lovely staff very obliging and friendly. Would highly recommend going. I personally will be going again when I next go to Liverpool or Bromborough.... Big thumbs up xxx

Nice and clean good food not too expensive. Had only a 5 minute wait for the table, which for a busy Friday at Christmas was good. Staff were friendly, and food arrived quickly.
Hospitality was amazing. I'm currently almost 6 months pregnant and got made to feel very welcome and looked after. Food was delicious too!
The food was lovely as always, the chicken wraps are always delicious, thank you! The atmosphere is always pretty chilled and relaxed, and the waiting time wasn't as long as expected which was a lovely surprise. We were waited on by Meg, who was so lovely and friendly, and kept checking on us - she went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied, even coming to say goodbye as we left which we thought was incredibly sweet of her!
We went for a birthday party the other day and the food was lovely - one of the members of the group didn’t get their food for half an hour, however when we questioned this, her food was brought over and we received a large amount of free desserts which was unexpected and very much appreciated.
The people we spoke to about the missing food were not the same as took our order but they still sorted our problem without question so thank you Shih, Jack and Alex
It was lovely to find halal Nando's in Liverpool. The staff was friendly, but we had to wait 20-30 mins before being seated.
Food was served at a decent time and we love the choc-A-Lot cake.
it’s was good for a first timer at nando’s, a lil sad that when i asked for the peri-mayo (can’t remember what’s it’s called) that they had none so i didn’t enjoy my meal as much, but when asking for a small takeaway box i was happy so i wouldn’t have to waste the rest. but overall the atmosphere and staff were lovely
Food was delicious. The Peri Peri sauce bottles needed to be cleaned. Lots of residue on the bottles, especially on the opener he at the top of them.
I ordered collection. Service was great, staff were friendly and couldn't be more helpful.

Just had a deliveroo from this nandos. It normally arrives cold and order is wrong from Liverpool one. However, this arrived fast, nice and hot. With napkins, sauces and peri salt! Thank you 😋
I'm usually pretty impressed by the level of customer service at a Nando's, for a chain restaurant its company ethos is pretty consistent 👌
But to have that level of great customer service at 10:30pm was awesome and unexpected. It's great to see and I felt compelled to leave a review, which I scarcely do. Ryan on the till was pure class.
