The pub of my youth! Glad it seems to have not changed very much. Still. Very nice and informal, plenty of places to sit with great staff and a decent pint (I went for a pint of "Wooden Ships', very nice). I was there on a Saturday afternoon. Good mix of people, students, families and middle aged pe
💚 It was a lively Saturday night. Super happy, friendly service. Lots of people in there for drinks but we were there for food. We had the frickles, chkn n garlic wings and dirty fries and shared up. Huge portions and absolutely delicious. All the taste without any of the cruelty as it’s all vegan.
Update Had the vegan roast today. Exceptional!! 💚So delicious!! Perfect roasties, cauliflower cheeze to die for.💚 Speedy service!! Dog friendly. ♥️🐾 Staff gave our doggy a bowl of water before we could even ask. ♥️ Thanks guys! 1st Thursday of the month there's a great Speakeasy Bootleg Band. Vega

Oh be still my beating heat this pub! The pub itself wins big for being dog friendly so friendly treats were brought out to our girls to enjoy. The beers on offer are all top grade looking to be from smaller independent breweries. On top of that, there is a selection of games and books for anyone t
Called in to see Plutonian 4 at the Caledonia pub. Good beer at a reasonable price and an eclectic sound from the band. One of Liverpool’s truly authentic pubs with lovely staff. It’s friendly to our four legged friends as well so bring a treat and make a new pal soon 🐕
What a little gem of a place. This is a perfect example of no frills. Simply decorated pub, no fancy pants meals, just really nice staff, great well presented food, well looked after beer all at a more than reasonable price. Can't wait to go back.
Part of the world famous Pirate Map Pub Crawl this is one of Liverpool's Georgian Gems! Nice crisp pint, great relaxed atmosphere and plenty of liverpool's artists and performers in and out on the reg.
Fully vegan since September 2017! It opened promptly at 12 and I was there as soon as it opened. I ordered sweet chai tea £1.50 and the ‘5 a day chilli dog’ which came with fries and cslaw £8, there was plenty. Then I got the women’s tea and the tray bake £3.50 which was a delicious chocolate oran
Casual, affordable, has live music, seems to draw a younger crowd. I really enjoyed it. Had a vegan chicken burger with fries and coleslaw, which was good, than a fabulous ice cream sandwich. It's definitely a nice place to spend two hours on a Sunday afternoon resting up while exploring Liverpool.
