Visited here with my wife and son today (Easter Sunday) and the service was amazing.
We were seated very quickly and the staff were on the ball at making us feel welcome and comfortable, as well as providing speedy service.
For the first time in my dining experience, the waiter asked my wife and I if there was anything extra they could do for our 15-month old son and we were caught off guard by this as it was a first and surprisingly thoughtful.
The food was nice - not amazing - but any faults in this department was made up for by the staff in their generosity and great service.
My partner and I went for an anniversary meal, two days before the birth of our baby so it was a pretty special meal for us. We were gifted a voucher at Christmas and we made staff aware we were using this at the time of booking.
The staff from greeting us were great, so friendly and complimentary. The waiting on staff I could not fault. Their recommendations and knowledge was fantastic.
My partner and I chose the Porterhouse T-Bone steak and the garlic butter sauce along with the Garlic King Prawns. It was hands down the best meal we've had. My partner and I like eating in nice restaurants and it was a fantastic meal 10/10 would wholeheartedly recommend.
As mentioned we were using a gift voucher purchased as a gift, however we have both said that we would return again and happily pay full price for the meal. I loved it. I had always wanted to visit MPW Steakhouse since it opened and it absolutely matched up to my expectations, it was a great experience for an extra special occasion.
Amazing service from the moment we arrived. Delicious and beautifully presented food, every bite was a taste explosion on your tongue.

Our waiter Pete was very friendly and socialable yet professional in the service provided. We cleaned our plates the food was so good and the creme brulee left you wanting more.
The restaurant offers great food selections and the steaks are excellent , cooked perfectly with the best produce! The food is delicious adding a fine dining culinary experience and what really makes it a great restaurant are the staff! Particularly Corie, Peter and Eva who are very professional and they have a natural flair with people to make us feel very welcome. Also, these staff members look after us with a genuine interest in ensuring we have the best dining experience. The wine selection is always excellent when recommended by the staff to compliment our food! Overall the people at Macro Pierre White restaurant make it lovely for us and they ensure we have a memorable time. The bar staff Stephen , Joe and Callum look after us for our nightcap and they all provide the best customer service. Thank you team Hotel Indigo and this is our 6th visit since July 2020 and we will be back soon 😁
We both had fillet steak which was cooked and seasoned well. It was a mid week evening and there were 4 other tables seated whilst we were there. It was quiet, with no music. Staff were interactive and attentive, the male waiter liked to joke a lot. Whilst the steak tasted good, I'm not sure if the steak prices are justified by the brand name alone as I've had comparative steaks elsewhere for cheaper. The wine was very good quality.
The nicest steak I’ve tasted. Cooked perfectly and sides really tasty. Peter our waiter was brilliant- very knowledgeable and made us feel really welcome. Will be back!
Chef Mario did great job on my 6oz. Filet of beef, delicious. Not very busy, nice staff and atmosphere!!
Always loved Marco’s so seemed the best place to come on a weekend to Liverpool. Starter (prawn cocktail) was delicious!!! Mains - husband had the ham and leek pie but they had no peas. I had the lamb - asked for medium and came more well done. Asked for dessert menu - no cheesecake or moose (the two desserts we would have chosen). Enjoyed the meal, amazing service and atmosphere but shame about lack of key food options and overcooked lamb. Wouldn’t stop me coming back again.
This was the restaurant in our hotel and as such we got 40% off our food bill, I had steak 2 nights in a row and it was cooked to perfection! Would definitely consider staying here again should the need arise

Prawn cocktail and ribs starter are absolutely divine and well worth the money, speaking personally you can taste the freshness of the Prawns which I can highly recommend.
We had the Fish & Chips as well as Sheperds Pie which in all honesty weren't the best we've ever had but still nice non the least.
In all honesty I'd probably try somewhere else before rebooking to eat here again and if I did I would try another of the main options. but that's just more of a personal opinion.
Went to Marco Pierre Whites restaurant today with mum & sister, we had the afternoon tea, the variety of cake & sandwiches were very good, the waiter steven was exceptional, he was very attentive, made sure we were enjoying ourselves, and had everything we needed, he is an asset to the restaurant, we will definitely be back
Really enjoyed our experience. Food and cocktails were delicious. Daniel, our waiter was very friendly and attentive. 10/10 from start to finish. When we mentioned it was our anniversary, a glass of complimentary prosecco was given to celebrate, a nice touch. Will hope to be back very soon
