Great pub, really handy for those of us working in the Commercial District. Huge range of beers and suberb food. Staff are class acts, took my Mum and my Uncle in last night for a few hours and both of them loved it. Big shout out to Ray for loaning my mum an umbrella, golden customer service. Well done to Neil and his staff, superb boozer and long may it continue. PS - the Lawless is recommended!

Even though I'm a local city centre resident, I hadn't been to the Cross Keys in years. I'm glad I tried it again this month, as the new staff are very welcoming, the choice of beers is impressive and the place looks great! I'll make sure I recommend the place to friends & family and I'll be back soon.

Cross Keys has a very cosy atmosphere; the food is always of high quality and tasty; through the Star Order app or directly at the counter, the service is always very fast. The staff is always very attentive and kind to customers, providing excellent service.

The Cross Keys is a little off the beaten track (unless you work on Old Hall Street) but it's well worth the short walk from the town centre. Its got a good selection of ales, ciders, lagers and wine to choose from. The pub grub on offer isn't unreasonably priced and is a decent portion. Excellent seating areas, from a heated roof garden with retractable roof to luxurious inside seating. The pool table has gone but its still worth a visit! Bar staff are a delight too.

Great pub for a quick pint or to start a night out. They have a live guitarist/singer on a Friday and I don't think I've seen a bad one. Manager is very helpful and always says hello, might be cause we always go on a Friday after work for a few drinks.

Brilliant pub hidden in the back streets of Liverpool’s business district. Bar staff know their stuff when it comes to suggesting drinks, always a good sign. Draught offering excellent: lager, cider, stout, real ale, craft beer. Bottled beers great choice (Sagres is my go to bottle). Plenty of choice for spirits. Lovely little beer garden and roof terrace. Generally a great atmosphere there. A must visit if you're in the area and fancy a bevvy.

It was a wonderful experience. The bartender was brilliant, and we had a wonderful conversation about the local history.

Nice cozy pub to watch football with drink. They have some TVs but it's a little bit small.
