I’m so happy I have found this place. As a new Mum always still struggle to find my confidence in new places to go. I attend the Baby Yoga class there with my 4Month old. Which we both love highly recommend it. Then always treat myself to a coffee which is way better than even Costa. The staff here are so friendly and I feel already I have made new friends every time I pop in. Well done girls..

It was our first time at Hug a Mug today. I've wanted a baby/toddler friendly cafè to open close to where I live for such a long time and Hug a Mug didn't disappoint. Absolutely lovely place and even lovelier staff. The cafè has a very welcoming feeling to it and is spotlessly clean and also has a nice array of drinks etc on the menu. My little boy who is 9 months old just loved the sensory room, the neon bubble lamp and fibre optic lights had him mesmerised. He was absolutely exhausted by time we left and slept for about 3 hours, so thank you for that haha. We were also fortunate enough to be there when the cafè was given it's 5rating by the Food Standards Agency. The staff were over the moon, which was really nice to see, so, many congratulations and we can't wait to come back, thank you xxx

Visited Hug a mug today to meet some friends and we absolutely fell in love with the settings and the staff. Lovely, welcoming environment filled with lots of smiles and the staff couldn’t do enough to make sure we all had everything we needed. Prices are fantastic, food options were great and parking was perfect! Highly recommend for all mums with children. Thank you to all the staff & I’m looking forward to coming back next week!

My Husband and I had a lovely lunch at hug a mug today, the staff and the service were perfect and made a real effort to make sure we were happy. We really enjoyed the calm environment and the homely decor, too. There is a specially adapted playroom / sensory room as well which would keep children perfectly entertained and happy whilst parents relax (-: Well worth a visit xx

I felt a bit nervous going in on my own but they are so friendly I felt relaxed in no time. The coffee/walnut cake was delicious. A lovely, comfy experience and I will be going back time and again.

Cannot rate this cafe highly enough. Nat and her colleagues were extremely accommodating when our party of 12 unexpectedly turned up after our reservation at a nearby pub was cancelled last minute due to unforeseen circumstances. The staff quickly re-arranged the tables so we could sit together and then set about taking and serving our orders. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their brunch order. Thanks again.

Lovely afternoon tea with my sister. I was really awkward and asked for a veggie one and a gluten free one but they were both delicious and the staff are lovely. Looking forward to my next visit.
