Had a great and affordable lunch here today . I had the chicken tacos and my mum had the smashed avocado with poached eggs, pesto and toast . We also had great coffee to accompany the meal. Fab quality food at great value and a lovely setting with friendly staff and comfortable seating! Can’t wait to go back and try something else from the menu which was varied and interesting although I’d happily have the tacos again - they were amazing . !
Magical little bar with a huge amount to offer. Great drinks, superb staff, delicious food and a gaffer with an incredible mustache. Highly recommend!
Had an amazing antipasto platter and gorgeous sausage rolls last evening while on a "mini date night" with my hubby! And the Earl Grey tea was so fresh and refreshing! Thank you �

Room needs a couple of tweaks.
Shower water just went everywhere.
No sockets near the tea making facilities. Had to boil the kettle on the floor across the room.
No toilet roll in the room.
Minor tweaks would make this 5/5.
Great value and will give it another try.
I had an exceptional stay! The location is outrageously good and the rooms were everything I needed. Spacious, comfy and cosy. Bathroom was also great - great shower pressure. The staff were all lovely and helpful and warm.

I come to Liverpool to see my son once a month and i have stayed at a few hotels over the years but the lock and key really impressed me all round.
I was delayed by roadworks and my drive from Bristol took twice as long and the staff were very helpful and accommodating.
My room was clean, tidy, modern and very comfortable.
I had a breakfast in the morning and although very busy the service was fantastic! All round a very pleasant experience ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I work in Liverpool and stay here week after week.
Prime location and a stunning building are already a given but hotel also sport an amazing team individuals to look after their guests.
I usually get the same room and they do indeed go out of their way to make sure I am happy again to come back week after week.
The rooms are spacious, cosy and fitted with a very powerful shower!!!
If you stay here , the breakfast is a must!!!
The french toast is insanely massive and scrumptious!

Fantastic hotel in a great location in Liverpool city centre. I only stayed for one night but it would be very comfortable for longer stays too.
Just over the road from Liverpool One, all the amenities you could want are nearby and loads of public transport options in the area.
The room was clean, cosy and very well appointed, staff all lovely, especially Luke who checked me in. Was great value when I stayed, paid not much more than 50 quid and for the price I was shocked at how nice it was. In the past I've paid 2x or 3x for hotels elsewhere that weren't nearly at this level.
About 5 minute walk into centre! The rooms are huge and lovely decor! Bathroom is small but every you need is there! The bed is on another level of comfy! The bar is small but lovely deals and drinks to be offered! Breakfast was good too! Cannot fault my stay I will be returning
Really enjoyed our stay here over the weekend. Staff were great and really friendly. Rooms were clean and tidy and very spacious. Breakfast was unreal! Great location pretty much close walking distance to everything and a little hidden gem.
Perfect place to stay when visiting Liverpool!! Very clean and comfortable rooms, accessible near around the Liverpool One and walkable to train stations. Friendly and accomodating staff at reception. Had breakfast at their restaurant, very good coffee and food. Restaurant staff were attentive!! 5 star ratings and definitely will come back!!

Just had our first stay here as going to concert... we had seen the good online reviews/ location & decided to stay. We were greeted on reception by Andrew who was so welcoming & helpful.
Our ground floor room was so spacious & had a large bathroom too.....
there was a problem with the bathroom tap but apart from that it was perfect for our one night stay.
The location was great & all staff so lovely. We had breakfast too which was the best I've had in along while.

We stayed here for 3 nights in June. The hotel was lovely and clean but the staff is what really stood out, they were so accommodating and helpful. We arrived early and knew our room wouldn't be ready but they took care of our luggage and even delivered it to our room before we arrived back. I had a couple of requests during our stay and nothing was a problem at all. Every staff member was great but Luke and Meg in particular couldn't have been more helpful. Would really recommend this hotel and we will definitely be back. :)
Was just passing and called in here today. Cracking breakfast with great fresh ingriedients and friendly service. Couldnt recommend highly enough. Willdefinitely be back.
