Delicious bagels, fabulous spreads, incredible coffee and friendly staff. I dream of the caper, gherkin and dill cream cheese on the rye bagel. Couldn’t recommend more.
Fab place a “must visit” it’s so chilled and relaxed fab bagels great staff loved it
the best bagels in Liverpool - a hidden gem and well worth a trip!! Xxx
The bagels were brilliant and you can tell that majority of the produce is freshly made. The restaurant layout doesn’t look well cohesive. However the food flavour and options were brilliant. The donut was absolutely lovely and I ordered it at 11am in the morning and didn’t eat it till much later and it was still fresh and delicious
Big range of food. Shame I couldn't get it toasted because of how busy it was otherwise it would have tasted so much better. They're always busy though which shows how good their bagels are as people do go back a lot. Unluckily the shop is a bit small so it felt very crowded when we were eating at the table, nonetheless, I will go back! Worth trying.
This place is well worth a visit for a weekend breakfast/brunch. The pic is of the pastrami melt bagel - it was just delicious and exactly what I expected. The coffee was pretty good too.
Service was friendly and quick and I considered it good value for money.
I scored reasonably high for atmosphere (there was an awesome music playlist happening) but one off the five stars as the tables/seating arrangement could have been a little more relaxing (I sat at a centre table rather than around the sides).
But this place is all about the bagels anyway - and the one I had was superb.
Highly recommend the Bagelry! They were rushed off their feet when we visited, we were very lucky to get a bagel since they sold out and for good reason!
The bagels were lovely and packed with delicious filling. The panko mushrooms were life changing according to my partner and the hoisin mayo was inspiring, best bagel they ever had and commented on the perfect balance of flavours
Cozy little bagel shop in Chinatown near Liverpool Cathedral. Delicious bagel sandwiches but when are they ever not great? Like a NYC bagel sandwich, the Mega Stack is packed with sausage, bacon, hashbrowns, and cheese sauce. I added an egg and had it all inside a jalapeño bagel. Espresso drinks are well made and you’ll likely be tempted by a donut because they stare at you in the case as you order. Plenty of non-coffee drinks in cans/bottles. Top notch breakfast spot!
Was there for the first time everything looked amazing .
So i ended up getting 2 bagels.
The first was pastrami and the second was
Char sui pork .
And to drink orange san pellegrino .
Was busy and buzzing with people in and out constantly.
Sat outside on the benchs had a lovely lunch.
Then had to get a chocolate custard donut
All was delicious .
Continue the great work guys
Great little place within China Town. We was in the area and decided to check it out.
Bagle and Tots were fit. Coffee was spot on as well.
Nice little place for dinner. Would recommend
Stumbled on this place with my son whilst having a wonder around but had already eaten so popped back the following day with the other half to try the food......so glad i did its stunning loved it all and on both days staff were amazing we will defo return and defo worth a try if your in Liverpool
The bagelry is my saturday morning treat and look forward to it all week long. Amazing quality bagels and fillings. My favourite is this limited time Fillet O’ Shrooms - Wish it was a permanent item on the menu.
It's a shame it's so busy all the time, but that speaks to how GOOD the food is. Friendly and quick service, but usually quite a bit of a wait due to the high demand. Totally worth it though. Trust.
Best bagel I've ever had, and I just got the plain with cream cheese. The bagel stunned me with how soft and chewy it is. Like, the perfect bagel, seriously. I'll absolutely return to try the other sandwiches.
Food is delicious and so much choice on the menu, it makes you want to come back time and time again. Staff are super friendly to their customers but also with each other in the open kitchen layout, which adds to the atmosphere. Recommend the pastrami stack on salt and pepper bagel.
Incredible bagels and a MUST GO place in Liverpool! A cute cafe on a quiet street near the Chinese Arch.
Can choose which flavour bagel and then a huge range of set fillings on a menu (and can add extras). I chose the vegan ch'kn pesto melt and added hash browns inside - absolutely delicious!! Tasty ingredients and texture of. Ingredients including the bagel was spot on!
They also sold doughnuts but I didn't get to try these. Next time!
Wow! The Bagelry Nelson St. is awesome. The service was quick & friendly; and the food tasted amazing at very good prices. I had the Mega Stack and I would highly recommend it. Other members of my party tried the donuts and bagels and everyone said their choices tasted amazing. My only gripe is how busy it was and difficult to find a vacant table; but this is a testament to how good this restaurant is.
i never give reviews but was so impressed by how lovely this place was, both the food and the insanely!! kind staff who made our day
me and my gf went for some lunch and both had the sausage stack, i had it on a jalapeño bagel and she had it on a poppy seed one! they were both 10/10 tasty!
the staff are so sweet! the older lady with the cool eyeliner seemed very nice and gentle with her staff :))
Honestly I’m not normally someone who leaves reviews but this was so so good I had to say something! A great selection of bagels and fillings - vegan and veggie friendly - lovely staff and really nice vibes. If you are in Liverpool you have to eat here!
Very yummy bagels and special vegetarian creations as well! Big recommendation!
The Bagelry has become a proper scouse institution. The staff are always friendly and the food is always incredible, with some brilliant vegan options. Wait times can be long at busy periods, but the great, fresh food makes it totally worth it. A must visit for locals and tourists alike. They even managed a last minute catering order and saved our company conference!
We aren't from Liverpool and had already had lunch when we walked past the Bagelry. We couldn't resist going in and just ordering some plain bagels to go. The staff member that helped us was lovely and friendly. When we got home the next day, we toasted the bagels and had them with some cream cheese. The bagels were still fresh with a great crust and a really lovely bite. Definitely buy some to go even if you are just passing by! So much better than the bagels you get at a shop!
