The food was soo good I got the clam linguini it was the best I’ve ever had so I bought the chief a drink , would 100% recommend this place .
Terrific evening from start to finish, great food and marvellous staff, nothing was too much trouble. To start we had Liverpools best garlic and cheese pizza then ribeye steak and peppercorn sauce which was delicious. Can't wait to go back.
I absolutly loved this place from stepping through the door to leaving, food fantastic, service was above and beyond , would highly recommend .
What a great find. We were in Liverpool for the British Gymnastics competitions. 8 of us went to this beautiful restaurant. The menu was extensive and there was also a lunchtime special menu. The staff were fantastic. Attentive yet unobtrusive. Our food was superb. Great job guys .
We came here last night for my hen do. There was 15 of us and they asked us to pre order. The service was fantastic, they had written all our names and orders on a card and handed them out. This meant it was hassle free we didn’t have to remember what we had order they had even put the allergies etc so we didn’t need to repeat. The food was amazing and everyone enjoyed their meals not one bad plate. We had a few from the set menu and the rest from the a la carte menu it was flawless. I will be returning when I next come back to Liverpool. Thank you to the staff for such a lovely evening.
We had the pleasure of meeting family at Piccolino’s twice while in Liverpool in June 2018. My wife and I had a five star experience. A real standout was Aneta who made us feel like we were the most important visitors ever. An employee like this young lady is worth her weight in gold to her employer.
From the minute we stepped in the door the ladies were so welcoming and lovely to our children. The service was fantastic and we had lovely food too. One of the best meals and places for service we have eaten in a long time. Thank you!
Went here with my girlfriend for my birthday and the staff were brilliant. They knew it was my birthday because my mother had phoned ahead to let them know (cheers mum). When we arrived they said they were expecting us and we were given complementary prosecco!
The food was superb and at then end of the meal my partner couldn't decide if she wanted a tiramisu or not. She decided not to but the waiter brought out one of the biggest pieces of tiramisu we've ever had, also on the house!
I highly recommend Picolino's if you're ever in Liverpool! We will definitely be going back!
Wonderful food and staff.. very enjoyable evening. Would recommend to everyone 👍🏻😉

Loved evening. Great food and the service was excellent would definitely recommend and eat here again
Amazing food and lovely staff would definitely recommend 😁
Friendly staff and amazing food, really enjoyed it, would definitely recommend!
Great food and service , when we were 40 mins late for our own reservation and the restaurant needed table back after 2 hours , to apologise for rushing us , they bought whole party a glass of bubbles in the bar
What Fab food and Fantastic service!! highly recommend this restaurant.
Lovely food, attentive staff but not intrusive. Our first time in Liverpool and our experience was great! Thank you
Had a superb lunch in tastefully understated surroundings. Not a melted candle Chianti bottle in sight or piped corny Italian songs. This is the real deal
Very friendly and accommodating staff, food was top notch would go again
Visited here last night, staff were brilliant, attentive and food was delicious! Was nice to have both service and quality when it was busy!
If your in Liverpool it's a must
The food if fantastic and the Staff are so friendly .

Booked a table for 2 on Sunday the food was lovely and served in good time and staff were very friendly
Just had an amazing meal.Anetta made the evening. So friendly ,lovely lady.xx
Went Saturday night..... running late so called up to let them know and they were very accommodating.... lovely warm welcome, excellent service and fabulous food! Already booked in to go again!
One of the best restaurants and bars in town with impeccable staff.
Went for food last night & it was amazing so nice I usually go to San Carlo when I'm in Liverpool but yous are nicer & cheaper so bonous...:) My new restaurant when I'm visiting!
I have visited this restaurant three times and I love it. The choice of menus is varied and are not too pricey. We had vegetable soup to start I had tagliatelle and my husband had lasagne both excellent. I had a berry desert with a small glass of Prosecco poured over that was out of this world. My only complaint is that the tables were too close together I felt claustrophobic sitting in a corner table with diners sitting close by our sides and behind
Been to piccolonos a couple of times, both times there was great customer service. Food is also delicious!!
Love it. Me and my boyfriend go regularly and we always love the food, the mushroom risotto is the one of the best meals I've ever tasted and service is excellent and they are very friendly, only problem is last time we went we were sat right next to the service area from the kitchen and it got really busy around us and was quite offputting, other than that its lovely!
Food is always lovely and service is fantastic. Tiramisu is the best dessert on the menu! X
Not cheap, & the food wasn't particularly remarkable (not bad per-sé, I've had worse Italian food in Liverpool, but I've had better, for less £.) What sets Piccolino apart though is the absolute First Class service. Prompt, polite & efficient. A joy to eat there.
Lovely fantastic contemporary italian restaurant staff friendly and service is first class. A bit on the pricey side But worth paying the extra money. The risotto is the best I have tasted
Service is always excellent and the food is to die for..... Would recommend this restaurant to anyone.
When in April 2009 about 5pm, it was empty and just opening service was prompt food was good fresh and hot would recommend this place.

Came here between Christmas and New Year and had a wonderful time!
The staff were really friendly, attentive, and made us feel extremely welcome throughout our meal. There was a bit of joking and laughs, too, which really added to the experience.
The food was all fantastic. I went for the Burrata to start, which was absolutely delicious! I had to slow myself a couple of times to make sure I savoured it! My partner went for the tartare di salmone, which she adored! So full of flavour!
For main I went for the Capricciosa pizza, which was very nice, the dough was the best bit, really moreish! My partner went for the Filetto Al Pepe and said the steak was cooked beautifully, really tender and so full of flavour. She also said the fries were tasty, crispy with fluffy centres. We also has a side of Zucchine Fritte, which were lovely, crispy on the outside, and cooked nicely in the middle.
They have a good selection of beers, wines, and spirits, as well as soft drinks, so something for everyone!
The dishes are pricier than other restaurants, but we felt the service and food quality were definitely worth the price.
Highly recommend coming here for a great meal!
My mother visited me from London. It was her birthday, and we were treated like royalty! Even receiving a complimentary glass of prosecco to toast my mums birthday. The food was superb the service excellent and the restaurant wasn't too busy when we visited. I will definitely bring more friends and family here. Thank you for looking after us. 💜💜
All staff was lovely and friendly gave us wonderful service. We had truffle and mushroom pizza with champagne and it was amazingly tasty! All desserts were good too and I really enjoyed eating and spending time in this restaurant. Highly recommend✨
Nice menu to choose from. The dishes we selected were cooked really very well, presented nicely with attention to detail.
Service was very good, engaging but not overpowering. Well done to the staff at Piccolino Liverpool.
Came here for my partners birthday and the food was absolutely lovely. However, service was extremely slow in taking orders and bringing food out; it was very busy but as a result was very loud and couldn’t hear each other speak. Staff were lovely and food fresh and delicious!
Classy high quality Italian restaurant. Lovely food and good friendly service but a few minor irritations mean only 4*
The first irritating thing was they didn’t have any olives now this might not seem like a big deal but really, an Italian restaurant that cant keep a stock of olives! Poor show…
The other was the automatic gratuity. Now I don’t mind paying 10% as a tip but I like to do it as an option. I went here mid week (I have been before so I knew it was a good restaurant) because they had an offer on for club individual members 50% off food and non alcoholic drinks to a maximum of £10 off per person so what is usually a rather expensive restaurant becomes more reasonable.
What irritated me was they charged the 10% on the full bill then took off the £20 now so far as I’m concerned that is just cheeky!
Great food , lovely environment. Would definitely eat here again when in Liverpool centre and highly recommend 👌 very busy , best to book I'm advance
What can I say about Piccolino’s. Floaters, they’ve completed it. The boys described it as like “ Coasting down a lazy river with nothing but Fiorentina Pizza, Calamari and Zucchini Fries floaters”. For mains we chowed down in 12 Bolog (Bolognaise for those unsure) and although it had that rich vegetable taste, it left something to be desired on meaty goodness. The ribeyes were cooked well and seasoned in the right way. The carbonara had that “Take me home to Italy” factor as they made our CM reminisce about his holiday to Naples with his Mrs and their chihuahua Sushi.
The real winner on the night was our left footed wideman ( can play across the middle too) Nathan, who indulged in the Duck L’Orange. He was a man in heaven, feasting well, with his glass of red to accompany.
All round Piccolino’s came through for us, just like we knew they would. Providing great wine, floaters and a meal that set us up to win our first Peter Morrison Trophy the next day.
Food was fantastic. We could eat it all over again. It was so delicious. Crab ravioli was awesome. And creme bruleé was magnificent.
Lovely staff and nice food. Was charged 5.50 for water or something like that (which is very expensive in my opinion) and also service fee (which I don’t mind paying for the amazing staff. Tap water would be a better option.
Absolutely gorgeous food. Just remarkable. Starter of Prawn garlic bread was lovely and the Cod melts in your mouth. Outstanding meal all round
Really lovely restaurant with great staff and good food. We were a family group of 13 people ranging from 8 years old to 78 and everyone had a fab night. Also very accommodating with the food preferences of some of the less adventurous eaters!.
I generally prefer smaller independent Italian restaurants but I quite liked this one
It is a little noisy but not annoyingly so it has a good atmosphere and the decor and table settings are attractive. The food is fantastic .Spaghetti carbonara is my first love and although I'm occasionally unfaithful it is my favourite dish and here it was superb ,the menu had a good var6of dishes and a good choice of wines
Well here's my gripe they forgot my desert only mine nobody else's just mine.when eventually they realised it was far too late they apologised profusely and offered it for free but I'd already got the hump and what made it worse was the tip was automatically added to the bill so I'd tipped them for poor service.
That said the meal was fantastic and I would come here again
Great Italian. Had calves liver for main course which was very tasty and well seasoned just a shame it was not pink. Every thing else lovely and staff very friendly.

I was super impressed from the moment I walked through the door. The atmosphere is lovely and chilled with pleasant and friendly staff.
I had a wonderful alcohol-free cocktail at the bar before heading to our table.
The food was AMAZING.
I spent a couple of years working in Italy, where I experienced some truly wonderful meals. My experience at the Piccolino reminded me of that time.
The dessert platter to share - this is something not to be missed!
