Not sure about the negative review on here ..but my experience here was lovely. Very helpful and friendly staff. My mum and I ordered pollo fungi ..and it arrived freshly grilled chicken in cream and mushroom sauce with green beans and roast potatoes. It tasted divine. Best meal ever at a Bella Italia. Helpful waiter Asked how the meal was..Very quick service too and it was full restaurant. Highly recommended .
A typical busy food resteraunt for a Friday night, we had a great meal that was served in professional mannor, good friendly service and very reasonably priced, well worth it and would deffinatly recommend it to anyone ���

I am a fan of Bella Italian. We were looking for somewhere to have dinner when we found you. You are made very welcome as soon as you enter the restaurant. Staff were very friendly and our drinks were brought over quickly. The food was delicious and was enjoyed by both of us. Well worth the visit.
Had a beautiful meal with good friends enjoying our trip to Liverpool. Food was excellent and cocktails too. Service was great too. Waiter was very attentive and made sure we all had drinks etc. Highly recommend.

Came here for my hen do and Anthony was incredible. Couldn't do any more for us. Very funny, very kind, very hospitable. Honestly excellent service. Couldn't have been a better experience and Anthony made it even better. Thank you so much Anthony its been brilliant xx
We had a fabulous time at the restaurant as a group of student nurses . The Christmas menu is amazing and the staff were really attentive. Make sure you use blue light ! ❤️
The set menu has such good options for the price, can literally not complain. The food is delicious, proper feel good food. Always come out extremely satisfied! We had Laura serving us and she was just so lovely, really made our experience with Bella Italia so much more special.

I could have selected a few of the above but the outstanding factor was the service and friendliness provided by Eve in particular but also a couple of her colleagues who were very helpful, friendly and extremely good with our young boys helping them to choose and construct their ice creams. This was all particularly noticeable as it was very busy in the restaurant being Easter Sunday and Match day but they took time to be attentive despite being efficient with duties

He is completely on the ball with everything and is an absolute joy making our dining experience a very memorable one purely because of his fun loving attitude and hardworking persona. Never booked but that was no issue for the team. Even though it was dinner time in a Friday they found us a table for five and we were served quickly by Anthony who was so helpful, funny and lovely. Couldn’t fault the service or the food. Was absolutely amazing. Thank you 🥰🥰
Restaurant is clean with modern deco. Welcome was friendly and the waiter Anthony introduced himself. Service was 10/10. Plenty food options and fast service xx the food tasted delicious 😋 will be coming again!!!
I arrived believing a reservation had been made for 5.30pm on Tuesday 02 January, however friends forgot to book! The lady who checked the system said she’d be able to accommodate us, even though the restaurant was very busy (and many walk-ins after me were rejected). She very kindly did this quickly because we had a theatre show at 7pm.
Food was excellent quality and came out quickly.
I’d definitely return and enjoy a much slower paced meal!

We popped in for a quick lunch 🍕 on a busy Sunday afternoon and were seated within a few minutes of arriving.
Siobhan ⭐ took our order and served our food. Although we could see she was rushed off her feet, she took the time to speak with us. Building rapport in a polite, warm and friendly manner 😊
Her apology for the delay in service wasn't necessary as we didn't wait long before our meal was ready. As always the food was delicious 🥗 and the atmosphere relaxed 😎 A fabulous time was had by all!
Excellent meal on mothers day with wife, daughter & 2 grandchildren. Excellent food & service youngest is dairy free, and he enjoyed his vegan pizza. Staff were lovely and will definitely be back

Food was delicious as it always is here. We were served by the lovely Laura, who was so knowledgeable about the menu and encouraged us to try something new which we loved! I would go back every week if u could!
