One of the better 'Spoons' we've been in. We didn't have any food, just a few beers and a couple of cocktails at the usual low Spoons prices. Directly accessible from Lime Street Station within the same building as the adjacent Radisson Red hotel and within spitting distance of the Liverpool Empire
Really lovely pub. There is plenty of seating, spread between different sections. It is connected to Liverpool Lime Street Station which is very convenient. You can enter from the train station (no stairs) or street level (which has stairs to climb). Friendly staff. Good food. Good drink. Reasonab
Another reliable good Spoons. Breakfast service was impressive.. as usual - really well presented, tasty breakfasts arriving within 10-15 mins of ordering with a place that was full and lively. Tables cleared and cleaned without any fuss. Great staff.
Really good food, staff were great, can be busy at times, but definitely a good place to visit
Called in for a quick meal with my wife and son in October 2023, before heading to the Empire which is helpfully next door! It was extremely busy and we got the only free table. Despite this the table was wiped down and the crockery/ glasses from the previous diners was cleared quickly, by a member
Very, busy place. First, find a table and locate your table number (gold circle on top). Next grab a food menu by the doors. Great variety...some of the flatbread looked delicious. I chose the fish and chips with peas. You order your food at the bar and pay for it there and they will need your
Very good service, staff hard working. Very short waiting times from ordering, all food comes hot and drinks cold and fresh. Good place to sit in whilst waiting for trains. Would definitely come back
A great classic Wetherspoons pub. There is a good selection of food and drink and all food that I ordered through the app was brought quickly and tasted good. The staff were all friendly and helpful.
Excellent, it's a bit crowded sometimes but that's a testament to how good it is, good food good prices for food and drinks. Some of the best most attentive and friendly staff I have ever encountered. Love this place and you will too ❤️
Great pub in a very impressive building. And part of the Liverpool Lime Street Station. Prices as is always the case for Weatherspoon we’re very low. 2.60 for a pint of bitter. Certainly not London prices. There’s plenty of choice also with multiple bitters and lagers on draft. Was pretty busy when
I enjoyed a drink of Absolut Vodka with lemonade at this station before catching my train, served quickly as was convenient! The pub has a lovely classic style and the Christmas decorations add to the feel.
Decent Liverpool Wetherspoon’s which occupies part of the ground floor of a grand building close to Lime Street Station. 7 cask beers - and 1 cider - on handpump when I visited including a mild. The Grade II listed building was originally the North Western Hotel a 330 room establishment opened in 1
Grate Location the Building is class. Good atmosphere.Very Bizzy Friday and Saturday.
What a great way to start your day. The food was excellent for the price and the atmosphere was wonderful. We were staying at the Radisson hotel next door but were given the wink about The North Western. Brilliant.
Clean safe environment with great staff who are attentive to customers. Would recommend having a pint or two and food as smells fabulous. My personal favorite Real ale is called VENGEANCE enjoy
Spent an hour there before train departure. Not too busy in the Sunday afternoon. Nice beers with couple of choice. Decor inside is great. Haven’t tried the food so not sure how it is.
Very good service, staff hard working. Very short waiting times from ordering, all food comes hot and drinks cold and fresh. Good place to sit in whilst waiting for trains. Would definitely come back
