It’s nice atmosphere. Staffs are helpful and polit.
Food is very good. The set meal is valuable. There are a lot of wine for meat pairing.
It’s better to reserve table in advance.
We've been to Miller and Carter before but this is the first time visiting the one at Albert dock. As always we had a lovely meal with amazing service (from our server Pete). We got a lovely decorated desert for my partner's birthday too which was a lovely extra. We would highly recommend it and we will be looking forward to returning soon.
Booked a table at dinner time, great food & service waitress couldn’t do enough for us. Asked about dietary requirements & any food allergies. Friendly helpful service. Prices reasonable, drinks well presented & nice. Recommend booking table just in case there’s a mad rush, but nice & quiet at 13.30pm. All the staff polite & friendly which makes the visit even more special. Recommend for all round service & presentation.
We had an amazing night at Miller & Carter at the Albert Dock. Meg was our waitress and she was perfect 😍 there was 7 of us and every course came out was correct / as we ordered. We had plenty of drinks and everything was spot on 👌 the food was really lovely, plenty of time to enjoy the meal and was so touched that they went the extra mile with some gorgeous details for a birthday we had. Thanks Meg for looking after us and the rest of the staff for singing happy birthday ❤️
Superb food and service had the 2 course lunch deal starters and steaks all lovely tasty and well presented. Steaks well cooked both had pepper sauce 1 chips 1 salad, wife had red wine which she loved. Will return if in area for sure
Wow what can I say we went on Xmas day and all the staff looked after us it was busy and a great atmosphere. The food was exceptional! Thanks for looking after me because of my intolerances really means a lot. Really enjoyed it thanks to all of you !

Second visit to this Miller and Carter franchise. In terms of location and setting it's certainly one of the most impressive, sitting right on the Albert Dock close to all the waterfront sites.

The restaurant was very busy considering we were dining at 16.00hrs and I'm really pleased we decided to book in advance as I doubt we would have been able to get in.

The meal was very much as expected and what Ive come to expect from Miller and Carter, which is no bad thing. Service was fast and efficient and professional.

Small point but worth noting that the set menu is until 17.00hrs so if you plan on going for three courses make sure you make a point of telling your server. We were over charged for our deserts and only realised once we had paid. It's partly our fault but worth noting folks.

All said and done it's a good all rounder and I'm sure I'll be back soon.

Becky was a fantastic server, the whole visit was absolutely lovely! We had the Butchers block - everything was cooked to perfection. The steaks were buttery smooth!
We also shared the cookie pie which was a lovely way to finish off.
It was a tad bit cold but nothing that could ruin a great weekend date night.

My partner and I were out for date night - Miller & Carter is a favourite of ours. We had some incredible food and the drinks were lovely, Andy made the experience incredible for us by being attentive and making sure everything was in order.
Definitely a place we'll keep returning too! Such a spoil for us.
First visit to the Albert Dock restaurant did not disappoint . Fabulous food and great service from our lovely waiter Daniel B . Would highly recommend .
The food was excellent. Tasty and full of flavour. Our server Pete was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed.
Food came out quickly and we didn’t have to wait long between each course.
The restaurant had to move our reservation time, which we didn’t mind. They compensated us with taking money off our bill. This was a pleasant surprise and much appreciated.
We look forward to visiting Miller and Carter Albert Dock again in the future.
From walking into the restaurant to leaving we were well looked after. Nothing was too much for our waitress Maddy. The steaks were cooked to perfection. This was our first visit to a Miller and Carter restaurant but we would have no hesitation in visiting others. A very pleasant evening.
Helen our waitress was very welcoming and great at recommending attractions in Liverpool too, best steak you’ll have.. highly recommend the chateaubriand 👌🏼
It was myself and my brothers first experience here at Miller and Carter. The food was exceptional, but so was our host of the night Andy. He gave us great advice on what was best to select on the menu for what we were interested in and was very thoughtful. A great guy too, and a brilliant way to top off a birthday.

Our waitress was Helen. She was friendly and worked perfectly.
We came to get some food our daughter, who was really hungry. Unfortunately, food from the kids menu was not a correct choice. Nachos were savory and with lots of dressings. Chicken was burned to charcoal in some places. However, my sirloin steak was awesome and I could share it with my daughter. We also ordered bread. It was strange that bread is considered a starter (ok, it also contains some dressings and olives) and we were asked twice if we’re going to finish with it before bringing hot dishes.
Food was as delicious as always. And we were served by Helen again who is just lovely. She’s so knowledgeable and gives good recommendations. We have a M&C in our home town but we always come to this one.
Amazing resturant, spent Thursdays evening here and ordered the barbecue ribs and dirty burger. Was absolutely delicious, enjoyed every aspect of the dish and cocktails. The sauce tasted delicious, the meat was perfectly cooked and the sides were so flavourful, could easily eat everything just on their own.
The staff were lovely, the host and waitress so very inviting and welcoming to us. Becky was lovely to talk to and did a great job managing their area.
