Went here on Sunday. I have been here before but my partner hadnt.
Booked 6pm openining time , we were the only ones in there. After 10 mins it started to fill up.
The decor maybe a bit dated but by far the foods makes up for this. We got a banquet and the food was gorgeous and so much variety and very generous.
Value is so good as well and you can take your own drinks.
We had a lovely time and enjoyed every course we had , we will definitely be going again soon.

We got a really good takeaway. Every dish was good including proper chow mein and great bbq ribs. The restaurant service has reopened. Don't be put off by the slightly unprepossessing decor, this is one of the best Chinese restaurants around..
Edit to say we ate in last night. Excellent give with huge portions and great service. Be aware it's BYOB.
As far as I am concerned this is my favourite and best Chinese Restaurant! Lovely family run business.
We love the dry ribs, sesame prawn toast, spring onion pancake starters and spring rolls. Or you can get a platter starter for two, which is amazing value.
The mains are very generous and enough for two people. We always have food to take home for the next day. You can also bring in your own alcohol.
It amazing value for money and the staff our absolutely lovely and have always looked after us. We have been going for over 20 years.
Spent a lovely evening. Food very good staff friendly and nothing too much trouble. Great that you can take your own drinks. It's been 20 odd years since last visit still great value.
