Local ingredients, passionate bakers.
Sourdough is divine.
Generous portions.
Beautiful almond cake.
Cool atmosphere.
Nice touch on cutlery and plates, feels cosy.

Too good for the money. Best in Liverpool.

Freshly baked loaves line the exposed brick walls, a counter jam packed full of various pastries, with the cafe pleasantly full, buzzing with chat and with a genuinely authentic rustic feel to the place.

Think of the Baltic Triangle as Liverpool's Dalston - a previously run-down area of old heavy industry finding new life as an area for creative upstarts and independent restaurants and cafés. Wandering around the area bordered by Wapping/The Strand, Parliament Street and Park Lane/St James St at first nothing seems to have changed much; weeds grow up old brick walls enclosing sleepy timber yards, the skeletal frames of long-since collapsed buildings house that depressingly familiar Liverpool sight, the temporary car park. But look a little closer, and the signs of a renaissance of sorts are clear enough. On Blundell Street, a handsome old converted warehouse is now artists' studios and the Lantern Theatre , a family run venue, in their words "dedicated to the development and delivery of new talent". Round the corner on Greenland Street is perhaps Liverpool's most willfully insane food/party venue, Camp and Furnace, who describe themselves as an "indoor festival park". Here you can watc

Excellent pastries and even better bread; it’s a pretty basic cafe, but the product is just super. Well worth a visit

A great place for sandwiches, bread, coffee and cakes all freshly prepared on site. It gets very busy and there's often a queue before they open but it's worth it as it's top quality and reasonably priced. The toasted sandwiches are recommended as are their pastries. One of the many great places that make the Baltic quarter worth a visit when in Liverpool.

They offer the most delicious croissants in Liverpool city center. Having tried several bakeries, I can confidently say this one has the best taste.

😀👍 (Translated by Google) I was looking for sourdough bread and baguettes in Liverpool and came across this wonderful little bakery. It is a bit off the beaten track. The journey is definitely worth it!!! Here you can not only buy great bread and baguettes, as well as small sweet pastries, but you can also come here for breakfast. The bakery is dog friendly 🐕💕 and you can bring your dog in. The service here is super nice and friendly and we really enjoyed it here. 😀👍

Probably the best breakfast I’ve had this year. The bread from here is superb; takes so fresh and is delicious. The cakes were also incredible. We both had the French toast with smoked back bacon and maple syrup. I could have easily eaten another portion. It went down a treat. The cakes were also very good, my only comment was that my brownie had gone a tiny bit stale but it was sitting out on the counter. They had a good choice of local jams to buy as well as coffee and other locally sourced bits. I bought some jam as a gift and some bread to take home. I would definitely go back.

Amazing food, bought stuff from here & brought it home to Northern Ireland and it was amazing. Honestly couldn't recommend the food enough & keeps really well for traveling. 10/10 worth a visit to anyone going to Liverpool and its only a 10 min walk from Liverpool One which is even better

A wonderfully rustic bakery with a great selection of pastries, which are delightfully large. The maple and pecan knot was a highlight, as was the mushrooms on toast.

I love the ambience. Rustic and practical. Their toasts are awesome. The pain au Chocolat was flaky and perfectly baked, although the chocolate lingots we're a bit chewy. The vibe was perfect and made it for a great breakfast spot. If I ever come back to Liverpool I will come here every day to try a different toast. Only downside is not having an espresso machine. Luckily there are great coffee shops around.
