Visited 1 week ago with husband and father in law for a brunch, and it was really nice, between the relaxed atmosphere, friendly waiters, decor and even good music being played in the background, we had a wonderful time there and we will go back in the future when we visit Liverpool again!

Lovely place. Great food. Good service. Dog friendly too. All in all a very pleasant dining experience. Have special deal on Wednesdays - 2 main / starter for £30 which is very good indeed.
We had a variety of meals. I had the pate and a decent spaghetti carbonara. Can’t complain. Plenty of parking
Served by Nina today. First time back in close to 40 years I think, before the match. Fantastic all round. Great atmosphere and stunning food. The presentation was great on the plate too. Coffees too were great. Clearly a very popular venue. I won't leave it so long next time when back in town.
Great Sunday lunch. Brilliant service and dog friendly. Desserts were boss.
Not bad place. It used to be a typical pub called the Punchbowl with a typical pub menu. Now it's called EGO.
It's a popular place with plenty of free parking in a quaint village setting.
Reception on arrival is quick and friendly. Took us to our clean table straight away.
Jugs of water appeared.
Delicious steak, food over the last few months has improved to the point we have been 3 times in past 6 weeks. Lovely atmosphere and fantastic staff. Dog friendly too
Amazing food and at a great price. We had the set meal for 2/3 courses (before 530) and for 45£ for two was great value. Steak for me and chicken for my wife. Two starters and my wife had dessert. Every course was very good. Service was top notch too. All round was superb.
If the weather cooperates then sitting outside is the better option surrounded by old established trees and a very relaxing atmosphere. There's also outdoor speakers which give a decent sound.
Service was great despite a limited menu, which was outside their control.

We both had the fish one Sea Bass other Cod, couldn't fault it, perfectly cooked and
presented. Good selection of wine & beer. Rhubarb & Gin crumble with ice cream was
yummy. All served by lovely friendly ladies service was excellent. Definitely will visit agai

Been here a few times now and always have a great meal. Great selection to choose from and if youre vegan/vegetarian they also have a whole menu dedicated to that option ( I've personally not tried the dishes but have been told they are good). My wife and I had a substantial lunch. The food was very good, and there is a very full and diverse menu. The staff are very welcoming, friendly and efficient . I would recommend the chicken and Chorizo hanging kebab. All in all a great experience.
