Definitely delicious biryani and pani puri. I miss it ever since I ate them for the first time. The portion is quite large, so I would recommend to share with people.
The price is acceptable, although it’s not the super cheap end.
Food is really really good. Sauces are brilliant especially chilli sauce. Mixed grill worth it a lot of food for £9.95.
Student discount available which is useful, only 10% but every little helps.
Good vibe inside, prayer room inside for muslims which is convenient.

Staff were extremely kind. I tried meat/chicken majboos it was delicious and also butter chicken is my favorite. I didn’t like their wraps. They do have shani ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Stake was perfectly spicy and soft, but chips were very oily. The vegetables were gorgeous! Ordered the Lamb steak not ribeye.
Friendly + quick service, nice curry although the korma could have had slightly more chicken and less sauce, otherwise very nice!
Also bought mocktails, the pina colada was delicious. The masala chips are everything 😍 presentation also really nice and friendly environment 👍🏼👍🏼

Amazing food good service..we found this resturant on Google as were from London and visiting the area..u will not be disappointed..the mix grill is scrumptious.
We tried Lamb Briyani and Chicken Briyani. The meats are tender and the rice is delicious. Do make sure to try their chocolate cake too!

Me and my friends went to Liverpool from Manchester we were looking for something that we cannot find in Manchester and trust me the welcome we got from RUMI"s staff was heartmealting, we were discussing about prayers and the manager told us they have got a pray room and a specialized toilet for wudhu, we were kind of shocked. (As I am a foodie person, I love exploring new places to eat and this was the first time I came across to something like this, I wish all the halal place should take rumi as a example and follow it).
whatever we order came quickly, it was well cooked and tasty. if we needed anything extra the staff was always available to help.
I would recommend it to everyone to try out as it is worth money and time.
I would love to go back again and bring my family next time.

The service was exceptional, right from the very first enquiry call through to walking out the door. The staff went above and beyond to be helpful and make sure we were as comfortable as possible. A special thank you for their attention to our request for disabled access - they couldn't have done better! The food was more than plentiful and very tasty, catering to every taste, from very mild to super hot. We had visitors from overseas who've gone back with a wonderful impression of Indian food served in Liverpool.

tasty food, so far I have been going since 6 months now and I have tried various dishes, so far so good. Mango Lassi really tasty, also the other drinks. The mill is still very spicy please improve this. The shrimps portions are small please improve this. Also improve the time of serving sometimes you are too busy/ overloaded that the service turns into a stressed waiter and they ended up being rude.
Rumi staff welcomed us and we were free to pick any table. Menu was vast and I couldn't decide what to have! Staff asked how spicy we would like our dish I chose the medium option for chicken karai which wasn't too spicy. If you can handle it try the spicy/hot option. Prices were great and food homely! They didn't nag us out of the restaurant when we just chatted away after our meal. Great work guys.
