A hidden gem! Service was attentive and friendly. Would highly recommend the pork belly, chicken fricasse & beef bourguignon. The crime brûlée was perfect and so too was the bread and butter pudding.

Another good choice in Hope street, always welcoming and with a great taste of food. The place itself feels like to be home, if you're lucky to have the table near the backyard window you'll feel like you are back of a century. Perfect for a family sunday roast or a for a special dinner with your loved one. Prices surprisingly in line with other places even if the food is way more better!

Great food! Great service! Great atmosphere upstairs and down! Best beer garden in the city centre!!! Only thing that would make it better is Evan Williams bourbon but that's just my opinion!

Love this place. Good solid main menu and always something interesting on the specials board. Good for lunches or dinners, friendly staff, convivial atmosphere and reasonable prices. Seem to be doing everything right!

This is a restaurant that truly understands and loves food. The menu is limited to ensure that every dish is exquisite. Another big plus is that the setting is quiet and enhansed with lovely, atmospheric music. Try it and it will become one of your favourites.

Disappointed when Clove Hitch closed down, but delighted to find this in its place. Great french food, top class service, super ambience in a wonderful historic house, and all at a very reasonable price.

Ace neighbourhood bistro. Steak frites for £12.50 is a delicious bargain. Excellent wine and homemade gins. Service is perfect
