Go on a Friday / Saturday for live music. We had a pianist who was excellent and took requests, it made our night. Excellent service too, the drinks were pricey and unique, but the atmosphere made it all worth it.
My partner and I frequent here for date nights and occasions, and there is a reason why. Victoria Sharpe, one of the singers is absolutely incredible and has become a good friend since singing a requested song for us on one of our first dates, now until our first anniversary. Our server on our anniversary, Adam, was nothing but attentive and he always has been every time we have been in. The cigar selection and quality is top notch. Whiskey selection too, even if we ask for something off the menu. I have so much love for this place. And you should too.
We had an amazing time at the Liverpool venue, Joe was our main man to help us and what a delight he was! Very helpful and nothing was too much for him. Very welcoming and will definitely be back!
My experience at the Puffin Rooms was exceptional. The service was beyond excellent, my favourite staff being Emily. She went above and beyond to help us and made us feel so welcome. I would return solely just to experience the service provided by her and the others! Joe was also a special touch, he reminded me of Austin powers! GROOVY BABY! I will return

I have to say, I have found my heaven on earth. Its just a pity its over 250miles away from home.. I arrived in Liverpool on the Friday and instantly fell in love with this place, so much so I returned on the Saturday and Sunday. The decor is sumptuous, the food scrumptious, the drink menu extensive.. the staff are warm, welcoming and professional in all they do.. Emily, Joe, Gareth, and Adam excel and evidently love and enjoy their place of work, I cant credit them enough. I also had the joy of being serenaded by Victoria on the piano and Matthew on the guitar, they bring the instruments alive with great health, their vocals are harmonious and it really is a pleasure to listen to them whilst eating such wonderful food. And well, the puffin lounge, wow, simply wow... it is amazing, very comfy, perfect amount of lighting to have the relaxed ambient feel, and again to listen to live music whilst puffin on the finest the world has to offer is special and a privilege.. im sadly back home and trying to schedule my return.. thank you to all I had the honour of meeting

The food was amazing, fantastic service, great atmosphere, huge selection of whiskey and cocktails PLUS the most amazing live music.
It all feels like a secret members club and we absolutely loved it.
I made a reservation for my boss and his wife and to say they were extremely impressed is an understatement. The service, food, cocktails, ambience were outstanding and to top it all, the amazing Cigar lounge. Would 100% recommend - you will not be disappointed.
Probably one of the best places I've been.
As soon as you walk in the service is next level. You get the choice if between the cigar lounge or normal. Even if you've not booked. Obviously if it's full, you'll get turned away if they can't mame room.
We went when there was music. The piano is a lovely touch. Love the decor too, it makes it more classy.
The prices of drinks where responsible for a place like this. Top level service and very professionally when pouring the drinks in front of you.
Would definitely recommend a visit. It's also quite relaxing. Will definitely be going again. You have to go down a few steps when entering.
The cigar lounge has a door which helps maintain the smell just to that room and when the door opens, it's not open for long.

This place is such a treat. Such opulence, decadence and luxury. The food is an experience not to be missed, I honestly don't know why more people aren't eating here because our meal was truly exquisite. The drinks, wow. We had a couple of cocktails, a few whiskys and maybe a rum or two. The drinks menu is extensive. There is something to drink for every taste. And then there is the live music. Wow. I'm not going to lie, but you certainly pay for this level of class. However for me, its more than worth it. I honestly couldn't fault the night. I will say that you need to book in advance as the chance of being able to walk in from the street is pretty much 0. A night here is an evening you won't regret.
